At the Rolex Sportscar race at Mid Ohio there was a horrible rollover.
Car went into the grass and launched itself off a hill and flipped 8 times. Driver was okay though.

the worst crash i have ever seen is the one michael waltrip went through in the early 90's when his car hit the blockaded part of the exit on the side of the track they were at...There was absolutely nothing left of that car, i do not know how the hell michael waltrip survived that crash, they literally pulled him out of the debris..Ironically he wasn't even hurt...I still have no idea how he lived

Well, this is not one of the worst crashes ever but I thought this one was interesting..... Back when Jimmie Johnson was in the Busch Series, they had a race at Watkins Glen and something breaks in his car and in Turn 1 he heads straight to the wall and BOMB! The safe barrier just blows apart. The funny thing was he gets out of the car with a smile on his face and raises his hands in the air like, "I'm okay." WaterspriteGirl I think the worst crash I have personally saw was when Steve park and Dale Jr. went into the inside wall and Steve was spinning on the nose of the car over Dale's head. sweatdrop I've never seen someone get out of one of those cars to see if the other driver was okay as fast as Dale did that day. yea that one was a bad one another one is when tony stewart flipped in the daytona 500 and landed on bobby labonty in 2001

I think one of the worst ones I saw was the one when Steve Park and Dale Jr. went into the infield and Steve was spinning above Jr. Mind you, I haven't been watching a lot of races lately because of work. crying But what can you do?
