PostPosted: Sat Apr 07, 2007 10:35 am

1: I now have an obsession that I can drive my phriends friends insane with(they annoy me with anime talk all the time, so now I can get back at them!)

2: I can now talk to two of my friends who are also obsessed.

3: I sing really well, but am not quitting band now!

4: I'm the only person at lunch who's not freaked by my cover of Leroux.

5: I now like opera.

6: I now have something to think about during math when I'm supposed to be focusing...heh...

7: I (finally) know what a fedora is.

8: More, but I'm not gonna take up the rest of the page.

Like many people I've been working on my vocal range while listening to the Phantom songs and singing along with it. But, I've already created a more interest in the theater/arts/musicals, and it's helped because in my College concentration courses next year, I think Theatre would be very interesting to take. ^^.

*stares* It's a course? I'll take it when I get to college then! I heart acting! (not to mention some of the actors...eheh..)

The most important thing PotO has done for me is it really expanded my tastes in music and got me interested in vocal music. Before I was a phan, I didn't like musical theatre or opera at all. When I heard PotO, it inspired me to audition for the school musical and to join choir. Now I like listening to opera and musicals. It also made me like being a soprano. ^.^

At least you're a soprano. I have no idea what I am, due to my band geekiness.

I've been listening to Phantom since I was three. It hasn't changed my life so much as become a part of my very existence. I can't get through the dy with out listening to Crawford and Brightman.

Not all schools have it, so I can imagine some people wouldn't think of it as one.

That, and, most of our schools around here are very....deprived in some areas.

But, back to topic, Phantom's also somehow opened up my creative side a little more. I can now actually write sensical stories that people like!

I need your voice to lift my own...
I cannot do it alone...

Hmmm....lemme think a minute...

1. My singing voice has improved. I have always loved to sing and I have always been a soprano, but my voice has improved.

2. I am no longer terrified of being in the dark alone.

3. [in referance to #2] Yet, I now have a deathly fear of being alone.

4. I have graduated from being called 'crazy' to being called 'insane.' I take it as a compliment.

5. I absentmindedly began to wear make-up for some reason.

6. I found I can do a really good impression of Carlotta singing Think of Me when she is trying to be amazing, but she sucks....it's really fun! If you haven't tried it I whole heartedly suggest it.

7. It exposed me more to the theatrical side of life, yet I have always loved the theater.

8. And I am sad to say that it gave me a purpose in life. For those few who know me I have always been second best to my best friend in chorus and play and in practically everything, even though I'm just as good as she is. Phantom gave me something/someone to connect with. I...like Erik...am a 'hidden genius' *laughs* I don't have a facial deformity, yet I have always been judged by my outer appearance which really sucks.
I'm also stuck in the position of Meg. The little friend who wants to be happy for her friend, but still can't exactly contain her jealousy for her friend who is suddenly so much better than her. At least that's how I picture it.

9. And last but not least...I have now gotten interested in Paris and France in general. I actually started taking French because I became interested in the culture.

I must admit, my voice has become more developed from the time spent singing when my parents are out.

Granted, my vibrato's as unstable as...well...Erik if he had PMS. (XD)

Does it taste like berries?
Does it taste like cinnamon?
Does it taste like wood?
Does it taste like chocolate?

That's a hilarious thought! Erik with PMS! XD

Christine: Darn it Erik! Why are you so angry and sad and whatnot!
Erik: Because... stare
Christine: Because...whhhhhhyyy!
Erik: Because I'm PMSing! Darn you! *steam comes out of head.*
Christine: eek

It tastes like...home.
