Yakuti smiled, Mafa would probably enjoy having Schatz around, very assertive. "Alright, come along then." He said happily, walking in the direction of Mafa's large skull den with the new recruits in tow. He walked with an air of confidance that he didn't usually have, or at least not this much. He had only been in the pack for a short time himself and had already found two others. This was his lucky day.
"One thing before we meet Mafa, you are to treat her with respect, if nothing else, she isn't one to be messed with." He said sternly, "Treat her the way she deserves to be treated and you'll be fine." He said from personal experiance, Mafa had been reasonably nice to him because he was obediant and respectful on their first encounter.

"Of coures. She's the alpha." As she'd been taught by her parents of what they remembered of pack life, you didn't mess with the head female unless you either had a death wish or you felt you were better suited to lead. In her current state of size, Schatz had absolutely no chance against an adult. "As long as my sister and I can stay..." She eyed the other two males again but ignored them otherwise.

Mabozi blinked stupidly at Yakuti as the young male introduced the 'prince' to the other hyenas. Another blink. Fat chance that he'd remember their names, but it was worth a shot. His head tilted, so the blue one was infact part of the pack. That was good, his mother would be happy, she liked newcomers.... Newcomers that listened to her.
The prospect of this 'zoo' idea seemed marvelous. Mabozi's face lit up from the confused one it had been before into a wide grin. Food and attention, he liked that, his favorite things actually. And he already got those for free. So that must've meant...
"I LIVE INNA ZOO!"
Mabozi was astounded by this conclusion. His jaw hung open, just amazed. A zoo, such an awesome sounding thing, and he had one right under his nose the whole time. Amazing. But just then, something else caught his attention,
"Al'ha? Tha's me MaMa! She thee bes'! A'course tha' can stay! We cen play!"
Mabozi turned a few circles and darted to Schatz, giving the young female a wide grin. She reminded him of Bacia, the young female pup he had met a few days ago. She was fairly enjoyable, if not boring, perhaps this one would be entertaining as well. And have a sister did she? Twice the playmates, terrific!
"LES GO SEE MA!"
Mabozi stuck his nose up into the air and trotted off proudly, helping Yakuti along the way to his mother's den.
Off in her den, Mafa was sleeping. Her rear was inside of the skull, but her fore-end was sticking outside of it, giving the illusion that the female was getting eaten by the giant structure. But alas, for the better, or perhaps the worse, Mafa was perfectly fine, and rather content. After a while of sleeping, Mafa's ears perked. There was a familiar scent in the air, and a plethora of new ones as well... And a familiar, annoying voice was echoing out in the dusty graveyard. Damn Mabozi, what was that whelp doing around here? Seemingly, he was coming her way. With a annoyed sigh, Mafa rose her head proudly, waiting to see what her son had dragged in.

Yakuti lowered his head back to normal as they aproached the den, Mafa was partially out of the skull and seemed to have just woken up. He walked up to her and said, "Mafa, Mabozi and I have found two other hyenas who seem interested in joining the pack, Schatz, the female, seems to also have a sister." He explained.
He was quite pleased with himself, but he didn't let it show, much. He smiled slightly but no more, he was still very cautious around the Alpha of their pack.

Angaza followed the pups. Female leaders? FEMALES?
....
What in God's name? Mabozi had him chuckling, though.
"Hah, kiddo, this ain't got nothin' on Zoos." He held his head high, smirking. "You get food 'n' attention then you probably got it in good here. But it ain't nothin', trust ol' Angaza."
OK, he was a young adult, and fairly cocky at that. Both ears pricked as he sighted and scented the female alpha. So she was their leader? Hmm. He'd heard from a newcomer (ironically, the one who was a biter) that females were true leaders.
Right till she'd bit the Keeper. And this female looked the type to bite Keepers. He resisted rolling his eyes. Well, she looked... Pleasant? Well smooth moves probably weren't going to work alone. Smooth talking? Maybe. He eyed Schatz a minute. She'd tried stamping his tail. Time to show who was boss.
"By the way, little sheila," He said, voice much lower so as to not anger the other female. "We do NOT touch the tail." He gave a very...
Dangerious smile.
"Or we'll be on the unhappy end of ol' Angaza, and you won't like that much. Capiche?"
Oh, the woes of translating human slang.

The pebble-brain was the alpha's son?! And she kept him around?! It amazed the black hyena, but she chose to simply deal with it. She wanted to appease the alpha, after all. Dust-butt wasn't helping, though... She gave him a nasty look. "I'll step on your tail if I want to, male beast." She snorted, then turned to the skull as they approached it. Oooh, was that a big hyena... Especially compared to the pups. Showing propper respect of an alpha, as she had been told to, Schatz bowed her head. "Greetings, alhpa of the Graveyard pack... You lead a lot that are a revered legend where I come from..." Well, it WAS...

Mafa's face held no emotion as this little brigade trotted toward her. As they grew near enough, the female stood, showing them her full size and glory, and boy was she something to be reckoned with. Icy eyes scanned the pups and adult carefully, her gaze halting on one pup, her own. He was shaking with excitement, barely able to contain himself in. She knew what he was waiting for... That dolt.
"Hello... Mabozi..."
With those words, Mabozi sprang forward, running toward his mother. He was blabbing some form of gibberish all the way up to her before butting his head affectionately into her tall legs. This was short lived thoug, as Mafa quickly shoved him aside with the sweep of a paw, and stepped forward, ignoring little Mabozi completely.
"MaMa! We go' frien's!"
The alpha glared, tuning the pup out, and returned her gaze to the rest. They narrowed further, as she watched the adult speak with the puppy. He didn't seem all too friendly with the little fellas, but not that Mafa would care. One had to look after themselves around here, endure all there was to endure. Without looking to the blue pup, Mafa spoke,
"Good Yakuti, good"
She nodded, he was proving to be an excellent investment. Finally, her attention was drawn to the mostly black puppy. Mafa's ears perked as the female spoke. A cruel, grim smile rose to Mafa's face. She liked this one already, good breedingas far as Mafa was concerned, if she came from such a pack. The alpha gave a look of acknowledgement to the pup, and took a step forward,
"Well, well then, welcome, you motley crew. All come to join us here, have you? You better have"

Yakuti watched as Mabozi ran up and tried to play with Mafa, though he already figgured he wasn't quite right upstairs, he didn't know how he dared to do that to her. Wait a second, MaMa? Yakuti had no idea that Mabozi was Mafa's son, well he learned something new today.
He bowed his head, "Thank you Mafa." He said as he waited for the others to introduce themselves, and to confirm that they had indeed come to join the pack.

Angaza narrowed his eyes, noting to deal with this carefully, or he was in a world of trouble. The wild one was certainly a nasty looking peice of work, but Angaza also knew the words of the others, the two legged, and he knew he was outmatched, merely by lacking a group of his own.
Green eyes narrowed a bit as he watched her study him. While he'd made no mention of joining the Graveyard pack, he was also carrying the scent of one without one.
Troublesome indeed, even he knew that. The young one, the darker male, he liked. He seemed quite the good egg, if nothing else. If he could, he'd smuggle the pup off with him--lord knew this Alpha wanted nothing to do with him.
And it disgusted him.
"Perhaps. I have yet to find a pack that suits my.. Tastes." Angaza knew damn well his speech was peculiar. "I am a rogue' my gang and I were seperated when we came to this lands. You could say, pretty one;"
Best to kis some a**. Sadly Angaza was a street talker, but, he also took no bull.
"I ain't been wild like you lot."
A smile.
"But of course, the wild ones spoke so fondly of this land. Of course, your pups and you seem FAR more intellegent than the ones I met. A few cans short, or rocks, whatever it is."
Best not mention they also bit the hand that fed them. He still eyed Schatz. He decided at some point, she'd learn to respect her elders.

The female eyed Angaza warily. Zoo...? Didn't they have cages in zoos...? She'd heard of them from a hyena she'd passed before with her sister, though they'd been hiding at the time. Was this hyena like them, kept in a cage? But no matter, he was something to ignore and squash.
Standing as tall as she dared before the alpha, she gave a firm nod. "Yes, we've come, my sister and I, to join your pack. Nothing but good has reached our ears, except for the lion problem... I'm sure more numbers amid you will be a most welcome thing to drive the disgusting things out."

Mabozi rolled over from the belly up position he had been knocked into a smiled. Smiled big up to his mother. He didn't see her actions as cruel, but as affection, for she had never shown him anything else. Besides, he was too stupid to think anything different. The pup pulled himself up, tail wagging behind him madly, and grinned idiotically, his gaze dashing from one hyena to the next as they all spoke. Boy, was this an exciting day. He giggled highly and toddled over to Angaza, beaming up to the male,
"Thas me Ma"
An immediate glare was sent the older male's way. What an uncouth character, Mafa took quite the disliking to him immediately, though her son was just the opposite. She didn't trust this one at all. But then again, she disliked a majority of the individuals she had ever met.
"You're not exactly at a position to be picking... This is the only pack anywhere around here, all other places are contaminated with lion filth."
Mafa'd dusty ears perked once more as the little female spoke. Now this one, this one she liked. She reminded her of little Rasuli, whom she hadn't seen in a while. Rasuli was one of the best, in her mind, a perfect little hyena. So this little one had a sister? Most excellent, two birds with one stone, and with no effort on her part, yes, this was quite a perfect situation. A smile perked the corners of Mafa's mouth as the female spoke, but her tone remained monotonous
"The problem is escalating, we need to drive those beasts out. My pack is open to all those who wish to help with the eventual extermination, you're welcome here..."

"I see."
Angaza frowned thoughtfully. He didn't like this alpha, AT ALL. For one, taking on lions was just suicide. He knew that. For another, what was wrong with lions? He had lived a while off Lion Leavings. Mmmm. It seemed safer, ironically, to get out, but he also liked Mabozi. Hmmm. Issues. He didn't know the politics of the wild too well, so he let the females talk and settled to giving Mabozi some attention.
"Is she?" He smiled and licked the little pup's ear affectionately. One eye kept open for an escape route. He primarily eyed the bones; he knew he could jump on them, easily. He was, at best, nimble, and quick, even if he had to carry someone.
"So, kiddo, you'll grow up big and strong too, huh?" He gave the kid a winning grin.

((That would probably be fine, because by the looks of it Mafa wants to meet her XD))
Yakuti backed up slightly and sat down, listening to the conversation, but Angaza... He didn't like him much, he seemed cocky for one in such a position, and he hated that. He dispised those who thought they were all that, exept for the real leaders, such as Mafa.
But he turned his thoughts away from those things, and was glad to hear that Schatz was welcome, she was quite like him, eager to please those who mattered and very respectful of Mafa.
Yakuti's attention turned back to Angaza, he seemed quite interested in Mabozi, he found this a bit strange, because he didn't seem to like any of them exept Mabozi. He decided to keep an eye on him in case he tried anything funny.

((I dun mind x3 ))
The dark female bowed her head, shifting slightly. If one looked from above, it'd almost seem like some animal's broken ribb cage was moving. It was the beauty of her markings, to be able to blend in so well. "It will be an honor to be counted among you. I'm sure my sister will love it, as well."
She glanced towards Angaza and Mabozi. Two idiots together, like a perfect match... Well, one was a ranking idiot, the other a plain ordinary brainless idiot. Maybe time would take them away. It was a hope, at least.
