meekachan I like the idea that 'Megatokyo' is actually the greatest RPG game ever devised...and Miho is the one playing smile . Read her little speech she gave while watching Piro from atop a lamppost. She wants to 'play' with both Piro and Largo, but needs to manipulate the 'game' to produce events where she can have them to herself. Given that currently, both Piro and Largo are on their way to the Cave of Evil, I'd say her 'evil plans' were working. Of course, I also like the idea that she's actually a human girl with a gift for l33tness beyond even Largo's (and she only discovered it because her physical condition meant she had to stay inside...). She's now using those skills in Real Life to gain back Piro and Largo, who were more connected to her in Megatokyo's past than we know. This one sounds the most likely to me... Huh. I have little to say about this, other than to point out that it was a traffic light, not a lamp post that time. This one scares me.

I've never heard the Megatokyo is actually a game theory, but it could work, too. I just get the feeling it isn't because the Kimiko/Piro storyline is so realistic (for the most part, lol). The way I interpreted Miho using the words "play" and "game" was as a metaphor, because I don't think she sees any difference between playing with people in a game and in the real world. For instance, when she made that one boy buy her a sketchbook (I believe it was a sketchbook...). She manipulates everywhere! lol.

Well, it's a theory with alot of little holes in it like that. (The most major one being, if they're all in a massive multiplayer game, why don't Piro and Largo seem to realize it? Granted, Largo's LIFE is lived in 'gamervision', but Piro's 'shojo-manga' vision is a little more realistic. You'd think he'd have noticed! But then, Piro can be pretty dense about things too (except in Pirogoeth-mode, where he'll surprise even Largo occasionally wink . I'm not currently sure if Miho's plans are to patch things up with her old gaming friends or get revenge for her loss (to Pirogoeth...). And I'm still not sure how she KNOWS EVERYTHING the way she has in the past few comics! wink

Okay as i've read it and reading the endgames story in the books i realize that they were never really friends but somehow she was playing with the minds of largo and piro in the game. piro beat her after she manipulated the servers using hacks wiping out whole areas within endgame. she is human and has disabilities which makes her seek release from the real world in games (( sweatdrop heh kinda like me)) she is kinda like the one girl that leads the crimson knights in the first .hack series who is disabled in real life to the point of being locked in a wheelchair. she enters the games and manipulates them to her own ends to make her feel better. but she is the great evil that largo and piro are being chased by in the endgame story. she has some debilitating (spelling?) disease. she isn't a succubus and merely is being pointed to being a supernatural being. she is outcasted by society by this disease which makes her sperate herself and not let anyone close until she meets ping who is another different individual. once she discovers that piro and largo are her old playtoys from endgame she decide to try to manipulate them in the real world her own reality warped like largo's. she decided to use ping to manipulate largo and or piro because she isn't able to mess with both at the same time lacking the power she had in endgames.
-bows.- sweatdrop sorry for your time this is only my thoughts please don't sue you have been a wonderful audience

actualy, I thought of that too after the last page. She knows he EDS system realy well, is seperate from people, has problems (she could be a flawed early model) and gets along with PING from understanding, plus said she might try to use herself as ping does for Largo. not to mention would explain her expertise with computer and game systems and all her references to playing with people.
it may just be to throw us off though. It seems a little dull to have TWO EDS, and that be her big secret-but then again, I was wrong about largo and erica too so......

My friend Ben once told me that he used to have a theory that Ping was human, and not really an EDS. He gave it up long ago, having seen the way she made turtle soup.

Perkigoth Miho was crying in this Wednesday's comic. HOW DARE PIRO MAKE MIHO CRY!!!!!!!!! scream Heh...now we can rule out certain theories. She's warm-blooded, and she cries. I stick by my Matilda-with-diabetes.

I have to admit, the most recent comics have rather destroyed my old theories of who or even -what- Miho might be. It's definitely looking more and more like she's a human girl (a human girl who has been sick and is rather messed up in the head, but human...). Can't wait to see what happens! heart

Miho is in love with Largo!!! I knew it! Everyone at my school said no, but I knew otherwise! Anyways, I think that Miho is just a girl who lost her family or something like that. I really feel for her. She loves someone who has no idea that she likes them. Poor Miho. sad sad crying

having last night caught up with all the new pages i'd missed, it was nice to have that many to read at once whee -but a realy cruddy point it haulted at. *feels sorry for miho* Ping and Piro are both having so bad timing lately. Ping turns the radio off just as Nanasawa goes on a tyraid defending him (that was realy cool, her character is awesome for that, except though, you have to admit, they were thunking along the "stalker" lines, which is bad, but any way.......), and Piro coming in at what was the middle of an important hard explination/discussion at just the moment where if you didn't know what was going on, things looked bad. It was a shame, she had all the best intentions and he took it all wrong before she could explain. Any way, so the score so far is: creature miho theories: 0/ human Miho theories:1
though, I don't think she realy loves largo, it's like Ping more or less with Piro, she likes him, and cares about him, and wants to try to help look out for him (anybody with eyes knows what a wreck Largo is and all the messes he gets in), and she's just trying to explain to him now some realities he's missed in his game world, she's using herself to equate to Hayasaka. It's just a "real girls are like" Vs."game characters are like" thing.
