you could always get on amazon.com and buy used mangas. from .99 cents or less up to the normal price. i've started to buy some of mine thru amazon. save's me a lot of cash and i can get a lot of my mangas brand new but they are advertised used .

Its 9.99 in US dollars. Generally. But when you look in some other sites like Just Manga, its a bit cheaper. And I guess Ebay might have some cheaper and stuff. Theres also manga libraries and stuff. ;3

Not that expensive for me (for example, Prince of Tennis is at CDN$ 10.95), though if you do add them all up, it does seem a lot. Especially when you're buying more than 3 books each time you're in a comic shop wink This hobby can be quite expensive... 3nodding

The cheapest I can find is $8.99 for manga. It is a pretty expensive collection...but I like the idea of a personal manga library.

Aednit X. The cheapest I can find is $8.99 for manga. It is a pretty expensive collection...but I like the idea of a personal manga library. I HEAR YA! i cant just sit down in the store and read like many others. i have to buy it and have it be mine! i love looking at my manga and nowing that its mine. But it is an expensive hobbie/collection.

For me it comes to about 13.75 with tax. I think it's quite alot for what it is and how fast you can read them.

OMG!!! National Bookstore, in the Caloocan branch, had a sale, which included manga.
Each Tokyo Pop manga is just for 75 pesos! That's less than 2$!!!
