Why I joined: I've been atheist all my life, although I never before now dared to start talking to my religious parents about the fact. I firmly beleive that there is no god, it cannot possibly happen, and religion is a lie (pretty pathetic one at that).
Life:Eat, sleep, gaia. Just kidding. I go to a private school that gives a lot of homework, but I still manage to get on gaia in between all my homework, meals, and after school activities.

Why I joined: Because it's nice to finally meet a community of atheists working together. That, and I'm an atheist. Also, I believe only in the logical way of creation. I.e. the Big Bang, and religion is a scapegoat.

Hi. I just got invited here, though I had looked around here before... I'm an atheist, I suppose. I don't dislike religious people, although I am annoyed with pretty-much anyone who is certain, and overzealous about, their belief. At this time, I believe that people do not have free will, but I'm mostly unsure about most everything else. Hey, I'm Foetus In Fetu. You can call me Foetus, FiF, Mary or whatever you want. I'm seventeen, English and both studying for my AS-levels and working in a shop that sells art supplies.
I'm an agnostic but I lean towards atheism. Basically, I don't believe that there is a God but I don't believe that there isn't one, either. I don't feel any "supernatural presence" and the lack of real evidence either way causes me to sit on the fence. I tend to lean towards atheism by default but I suppose if I did feel something I might be a little more mixed up. I don't believe that it is possible to prove that God exists either way so I don't think anyone really has the right to tell another that their beliefs are wrong.
Howcome I was invited, in any case? It's just that, skimming the member list, I don't really recognise anyone who'd know how I felt about this and I'm not overly vocal.
