Ms Emma Frost Robert Drake I might be interested. Dunno if Drake would still be alive. Probably it'd depend on whether or not there was still water on the planet at all. Is Iceman immortal in his ice form, because we are talking 2000 years. He's an Omega Level mutant, so in theory, he's one of the most potentially powerful mutants out there and close to transcending. In theory, he can exist purely as ice, meaning that he's pretty much immortal as old age wouldn't affect one whose body doesn't age or have the normal biological functions, yeah. The one drawback would be that, after spending 2000 years as ice, he would have doubtless lost the ability to revert to flesh (but possibly gained greater control over liquid and gasseous water and forms relating to that.

What hasn't been made clear is whether or not he could survive that and just make himself a new body. In theory, if he can survive without a body and just make himself a new one out of water and ice, he's immortal. If not, then removing him from any sort of water and disintegrating his body would kill him, yes. But since he never really builds up his power to what it could be in comics, we don't know yet. xd

However, if I do play him, the real question would be what effect has being alive for 2000 years had on his mind? He's alive, whereas most everything he knew and everyone he was friends with (except Jean, who would also have survived, then died, then came back, then died again, then came back again, and maybe a couple others) are gone. Those who did survive would be an interesting group to look at. Heh. Now I got the picture of Iceman and Apocalypse sitting in the ruins of New York drinking tea and talking about the "good ol' days" XD

I don't know how Superman would react to not being able to save the planet from destruction. With only Super powered heroes/villians as companions I'm sure it would make for some interesting friends/offspring.

Humans and mutants will still be alive as well. Only normal humans will be an endangered species.

My point exactly. The earth is destroyed and perhaps it's orbit as well. What if it didn't work?
