I loved the movie, and I would probably love it more if it had subtitles so I knew what they were saying.

.Burlesque.Queen. I loved the movie, and I would probably love it more if it had subtitles so I knew what they were saying. yeah, i got some of the linguistics but i know really only basic 'proper' japanese you learn from books..so the slang-ish stuff i don't always get... now i wanna go watch it!

I watched that movie^_^ but I can't understand it!! crying I know very very very little words so it didn't help at all...

My favourite part is when he dresses up Shin! It's so funny. I also like the part with the finger-guns, where they shoot him down like 'Pa!' heart

Yes, I was wondering if there was going to be a thread about this heart
Oresama was awesome ^_^ I was lucky enough to get the file on my PSP so I can watch it anytime I want *Evil laugh*
My favorite scene was probably...when they got drunk (yes, the arm wrestiling, too). Miyavi plays a really covincing drunk...but I think that is because he acts like that all the time, anyway x) Minus the stumbing around.
The ending with the little kid was saaaad ;_;

Also before that when he played on the guitar, or the part in the shop, when he gave the woman 1000 yens and she asked him from which country are those money rofl He looked at her as though she's an alien.. Or the moments with the school girls... Or the concert, I love that part too.... Gah, I love the whole movie, it's hard to pick a certain scenes

HAHA, yes. There are so many just ADORABLE moments in that movie!
I like in the very beginning, when he was first meeting Shin, and he was all "-deshou this, -deshou that". And forgot his backpack. Hee hee^^
And I downloaded it on LimeWire, didn't watch it on YouTube. heart *Watches it at least once a month*

razberi_kimchee i would have to say that my favorite part(s) of the movie was at the end, when he was falling backwards and turned into black feathers. also, when he was playing soccer with that little boy in the alley. smile Those are my favorite parts, also. 3nodding

I haven't seen it though I did watch some scenes on Youtube. I hate how there are no subtitles, I am can only understand little easy words in Japanese and even if you bought the DVD there is no subs.
The only place I found that sold Oresama is yesasia.com... though the price is $45!!! And I'm broke... does anybody know where I can buy the DVD at a cheaper price??

I watched it on Youtube and I was pretty surprised that I could understand it pretty well. I mean, I got the general idea even if it was kinda rough for me to understand.
