Bururian So, I might have missed something, but Doesn't GC controllers have Rumble features as well? Wouldn't nintendo get sued too? This is only for the "Dual Shock" technology, not for the rumble technology in general. Gamecube did not use the Dual Shock technology in thier controllers.

DeliriumEvil Aww, I actually love PS2, and my PS2 is broken! Hm. Actually, I went to Wal-Mart ( scream ) today and I saw, they were still selling PS2s. We don't hate PS2, just to let you know. In case you misunderstood.

Though I would much rather own an Xbox, but I'm keeping it until Xbox 2. So yeah.

I've been with Nintendo since it started, I would love to see Final Fantasy come back to it. As for the PSP, It's more of a gimmick than anything else like a small media player that also plays games.

As for the PSP, It's more of a gimmick than anything else like a small media player that also plays games. Yup. That's completely true. It's funny that since I joined Nintendo Defenders (Yesterday), I noticed a lot of people had known the same thing I had been saying on some VG threads. One point some people seem to have missed, though, is the fact that if Nintendo is giving Sony such a hard time now, Sony will be washed away in the oncoming flood of DS games and the release of the Revolution system. If Nintendo thinks the Revolution is a good idea, I believe it will be good too. Have they failed us yet?

I don't think Sony will be washed away in the console department, because they already have a strong hold on many of the gamers. However, the PSP will succeed, although much less than DS, and the games that will come out for it.

I think it's a trade-off. Sony ruled the market for 2 generations after Nintendo, who also ruled for the same time. Now it may be either Nintendo or Microsoft that gets to lead, and if Sony fails to launch its PS3 soon, they'll likely be in third.
Oh, and Immersion is partially owned by Microsoft, so it's also likely a sum of the money that Sony has lost will end up in Microsofts hands. Nintendo isn't even involved.

Is this because of that lawsuit Sony had thrown in it's face?

[ Nter ] I thought PSX was only in Japan, and I dont believe that its a gaming system I've always called the PS1 the PSX because that's what it was referred to on a lot of gaming cheat sites all those years ago. But I'm done. Time for lunch!
