Dj Atlas I knew it was gonna be not as good as Singers Adaptations but the way you make it sound is all he did was take Famous chacters and whore theme out I knew that he wasnt gonna get into Juggernauts past about the Gem Of Cyttorak or the fact that he is Charles stepbrother. and I had a feeling he complety skiped over most of Arc-Angels past whith the Xmen to. IF ya dont believe us, which i dont see why you wouldnt since we litterally just got home from the movie, go see it for yourself. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I think the only reason why I enjoy butcherings liek this is because I'm a fan.

Alhtough I know next to nohting about X-Men anyways.
So, yeah. Personally, I enjoyed the movie.
But that Ghost Rider trailer was sex. I was leery of Nicholas Cage being casted inot the part until I saw that trailer. I couldn't stop giggling.

I couldn't stop giggling. as I said.... the Ghost Rider Trailer was the best part abotu the movie in my opinion I to was leary about Cage playing Johnny Blaze.... but it look good so far seems Sony Pictures may have a hit on their hands if the trailer is any indication..... and thus a title they can throw on Blue-ray to attract comic book fans

Shaun The Bunny But Bret Ratner directed Red Dragon (One of my favorites). he also butchered X-men it seems he had done book adaptations and normal screenplays..... this was his first attempt to adapt something much more vast and he did not do very well to be honest

I've heard tons of explainations for what happend in the movies. But personally I trust D for knowing those things more than random joe on gaia.

Logically I understand why they had to write out Cyclops... I mean the actor playing him was busy doing Superman
but to go so far as they did... that was uneeded
and I understand the need to adapt things.... but they went way to far if you ask me.... and did a poor job tryign to adapt the things that did make it into the movie.

I really liked it. I mean, yeah, it has nothing to do with the comics, but then again, you can't really expect them to take the movie straight from the pages of the comic.
Consider it as less of an adaptation, and more of a side-story taking place in an alternate universe, and you should find considerably more enjoyment in it.
Now, I did have a few problems with it. For one, Gambit still didn't make it into the movie, although he was one of the most popular of the X-men. He did have his own comic series, as I remember. Also, they made it seem too obvious that the actor that played Scott didn't want to be in the movie, so they killed him off, although he played almost as the main character in the first two films. Archangel was a p***y. He never fought. Ever. They were never very clear on Jean's intentions. Did she join Magneto for revenge? Hatred? What?
Wolverine's story wasn't furthered at all. He was undeniably the main character of the last two movies, and had extensive stories delving into his background, which they suddenly cut off. To people that don't know what happened to him, outside of the fact that he was tested on for his healing properties, this is extremely aggrivating.

Bururian I hate Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. I think he's done a fine job. The person I hate in the movies is Halle Berry.
