Sence when was Hinata able to use Kaiten? lol
Hinata= Would have more of an advantage in Hand-To-Hand combat
Ino= More of an Advantage in Long Range Combat.
Over all, Hinatas ablities, and her defense are better. So more then likly she'd win ^^

hmm if ino can succed w/ her possession technique, i 4got the name
then she will win
but since hinata can c in2 ino i think she can avoid any secret tricks ino mite have (ie the hair trick)
so i think hinata would win but by a thin margin

Hinata, whike Ino was trying to beat her using the soul tranfer Hinata could run up to her and blow her chakra right out of her body. mrgreen
Therefore Ino would be to sore to fight when she had just gotten started.

Hinata would win at close range, but at distance fighting and if Hinata did manage to get capture by the her jutsu she would only be able to win in a exam by making her forfeit.
But Hinata can also see chakra with her blood limit.

Most likely Hinata, because Ino works better on a team.

Ino wont be able to pull off her bloodline technique; Hinata would use her bloodline to see the flow of chakra and dodge the soul transfer madjig.
Plus Hinata excels in close range combact more than Ino and that qualifies her as the winner...
