Personally, I think they should have used Dynomite Tonight or Devil Is A Loser. They're catchier than Hard Rock Hallelujah.

You guys should enter Sonata Arctica next year..or if they're too bigg, Ensiferum.

Can you guys enter internationally famous groups? the UK was banned after Cliff Richard...

Oli muuten näin lyhyesti ja ytimekkäästi sanottuna Lordin viime perjantainen ruisrockin keikka melkoisen huono ja todella iso pettymys. Musiikillisesti en ole koskaan Lordia pahemmin arvostanut muutenkaan, mutta jos jossain on paljon pyrotekniikkaa, niin minä olen siellä, mutta kun ei heistä lähtenyt edes kunnon sienipilveä. Se tarkoittaa vähän pyrotekniikkaa, ja jos kun yhtälöä lasketaan, niin Lordi - pyrotekniikka = huonoa musiikkia ja isot miehet kumimaskeissa (plus yks nainen).

Lissee pyroja!!

Hmmmmmm I'm a big music junkie, been listening to music from every parts of the globe. What I noticed from this band Lordi is to me oddly they sound like American 80's rock bands. The extreme ones too, the ones that take massive drugs and dress up in demons outfits and make additive songs that everyone listens too. It's like they studied these guys

and just displayed it on the contest but to say though it is like 80's rock to me, updated, it isn't crappy like 80's rock where they use flying demons where you can clearly see the strings.

Not that I'm saying that the band is bad or anything, I'm just pointing out that it just remind me of 80's American rock..

What I hope for in this band is that they don't get too carried away with the demon stuff and convert into a

Kyllä siina hyvin patrioottinen olo tuli kuunnellessa sitä pisteiden ryöpsyä.. eikä Lordissa mitään vikaa minusta ole, olin alusta saakka heidän puolella (toisinkuin äiti joka vannoi Metsä***** nimiin köh köh..)

Ja ensivuonna ne serenaadikisat tänne kylmään Pohjolaan.. no siitä mulla puolestani ei ole niin vahva tunne. Jotenkin vaan tuntuu että ne tulevat kuusikymmentäluvulle jumahtaneet järjestäjät sössii koko homman ja Euroviisut 2007 avaa joku peräräkälästä repäisty saamelaisryhmä... ei millään pahalla mutta joikkaamista ei yksinkertaisesti voi KUUNNELLA satuttamatta itseään.

Voisivat tehdä jonkun repäisevän aloituksen.. kuten vaikka jouksuun päästetään ryhmä skandinaavialaisia akankantajia eukkoineen jotka sitten kipittää pitkin sitä areenaa... siinä olisi Ranskan pääministerillekin lisää ihmettelemistä Suomesta :]

Voisivat tehdä jonkun repäisevän aloituksen.. kuten vaikka jouksuun päästetään ryhmä skandinaavialaisia akankantajia eukkoineen jotka sitten kipittää pitkin sitä areenaa... siinä olisi Ranskan pääministerillekin lisää ihmettelemistä Suomesta :]

(tämä on kotoisin akankantopaikkakunnalta) Enpä ihan tiedä olisko se nyt niin Suomen kulttuurin edustusta... tainojaaenpätiedä.

Joulupukkihan sinne heti ängetään, Kalevalaa sitäkin enemmän.

they won't...I assume. They keep saying they're not satanists, whish I suppose explains 'Devil Is A Loser'.

I see what you mean about American 80s rock, but I think they were more heavily inlfuenced by the likes of Gwar and Kiss.

Yes those were the main two I was thinking of but the costums they have threw it off a bit because I remember a band that look something like theres but those guys sucked and used cheap effects.......Ok so it was the 80's, still and oddly they remind me of the Smashing Pumpkins too.
