The only suggestion I have is to add one more slide at the end to tie it all together. The last slide with the "42 states" thing seems slightly out of place. Maybe something like "Do you see the difference?" or "This is 2006, not 1950. Maybe we should start acting like it." or something like that.

We made some communist flashes a while ago, they too received a lot of hate, but we left them because we made sure to reply in full lol. But I guess if somebody is personally insulting you and not just your world-view and ideology it may be a bit harder to deal with.
Awww it says communist China, most unfortunate, as upon further study one would find that most chinese folks don't really even know what Marx, Engels, or really anybody else other than their most recent premier said. Probably because those folks were too liberal (with the exceptions of Stalin, Mao, Castro, Hoxha, the Khemer Rogue and the Juche father & son team).
On the whole I liked its parallelism to the interracial marriage struggle.

Well if it makes you feel any better it was not scripted by me and she was just playing on the idea of the government controlling every aspect of everyone's life like in the movie "To Live" which was a chinese movie about communist china...

Lol it's ok. The vast majority of communists don't really approve of China's civil rights stances and history regardless :p I'll have to check that film out though biggrin
