A mechanical sqeuak and message emitted from a small walkie talkie left on the ground no more than ten feet away from the two. "You both sound like jackasses to me, mahn...Put your weapons down, I have the high ground on this. Do that and I'll come out and talk about whatever this bullshit you've got this time."

Pop Rocks spun, both pistols pulled and turned towards the walkie-talkie. He almost let loose some rounds, but released his firm grip, his guns spinning and loose, his fingers keeping them from falling. He dropped them to the ground slowly, and took a step back.

Boss stood where he was, crossing his arms over his chest. " This weapons stayin where it is...." He looked towards the direction of where the sound came from and stared carefully as if analyzing something.

Mori glided out from an alley on his rollerblades, carrying an umbrella over his head, looking dreadfully uncomfortable being in the light, Mori only had his gang operate at night; if he could just work past the sun, he might have a touch more turf under his belt.. "Poprocks? Mori. Just what do you want from me?" Mori held out a gloved hand to Poprocks.

Poprocks held out his hand, and gripped Mori's firmly. "I knowwho you are, Mori, I believe we went to school together, back when they actually made you go." He laughed slightly, and let go of his hand. "Boss, if you wouldplease.." He nodded to Mori, and smiled slightly. "Have you heard of the Jet Set Radio, Mori?"

Pop Rocks lifted his phone, and played the audio...
~~played the speech on the first page, but added the following:
"It is rumored too that two members of the Jo-Jacks is gonna ask THE Mori for a truce, or at least that we would spread the true Rudie nature! All y'all is posers right now, but soon... soon is the coming of a RUDIE REVOLUTION, BABY!" He laughed, and he signed a peace sign, and the video and audio both ended in unison~~
Pop Rocks clicked his phone closed, letting it sink in.

Boss grinded his teeth together in frustration. " that guys voice annoys me.... and who is he callin a poser!? People like that just...." Boss grunted as he shook his fist infront of him in anger.
