i went on tour with my highschool chorus and chorale to italy, we sang in rome, the vatican, florence, siena, and lastly in venice...
well, when we were in...siena our chorus director had us all sing in this big square with no warning.
we didnt know we were going to be singing and there was no pitchpipe or anything, we were all on our own. and ofcourse she picks the song that we can easily go off-key in...and ofcourse this city has to be a university city in which there are tooooooons of HOT college boys roaming around...and they happened to see us totally screw up in singing, so we just left ... lol
and then the same thing happened in ...florence i think, she did it to us again, but this time we sounded realllly good, but we had chocolate all over our faces from the gelatti. lol...and im a messy eater so i looked like an idiot...it was on my face,my hands, my shirt.....rofl

omgosh tonite was embarrassingly funny lol xd okie, some of us made small stumbles along our winter concert tonite but one made some of us in teh front row to crack up and loose character xd well during a jewish song, the sopranos were suppose to halt after our part for the altos to sing their part before the big ending but a girl in teh back accidently forgot and began the 'big' ending sorta blurting out the first syllable of teh word before stopping herself xd and one girl giggled and it was like contagious to stop but onyly a few of us lost character while other people were motioning us to stop
i tried gonk to stop giggling but couldn't help it, the ending of the song was a disaster and the beginning into the next song was screwed up becuase of that lol and our teacher had to stop us and make us start over which was embarrassing in front of the audience sweatdrop

Just a little over a week ago, our little school choir went down to Nashville Tennessee and sang at the Country Music Hall of Fame... Well, I had two sets of solos, and on my second song I went up there. It was Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree... And in the middle of the FIRST LINE I nearly forgot my words.. XD;;

XD;; I think that happens to everyone at least once. I've forgotten words when I had to sing solo... and actually, the only way that I DON'T forget words is if I practice the song enough so that the song is detatched from my mind, because my mind is too focused on being nervous. >.<

It was just one of those things. I ended up saving it though. :3

Ohh, This wasn't my choir but it was our schools show choir. They were doing there yearly disneyland trip and one of the girls forgot half of the dance for one of the songs they were doing. So instead of standing there (which would of been worse) she started doing something else the whole time. and just kept smiling. No one found out she didnt know the dance >> Even one of the girls from our Jazz choir didnt know it wasnt part of the actual dance.
My only goof is I like singing meldoy, so I sometimes end up singing it during a concert ><(`Wa-Chan`)
