Niki looked up from the chimp girl at Nara's question. She'd almost forgotten that those two were still here. "Hmm... yes, a name... I suppose... Reign."
The newly dubbed toddler sucked on a thumb and peered up at her new mother. Aww. So cute! Niki couldn't help but smile at the little girl.

From the her spot away from the woman and Reign, Nara watched quietly. The woman was obviously smitten with the toddler and she only hoped that it would last. But since she already had a child, maybe she wouldn't just get bored and turn the adorable chimp out.
"Thank you for taking care of her Miss...??" For anyone watching, the changing expression on Nara's face was priceless. It flew from sappy to 'Oh-s**t!' in a mere matter of seconds. They had completely turned this woman's life upside down and she didn't even know her name!
Instinctively she dropped her forehead into her palm, hitting herself over and over.

Niki grinned, turning to look at Nara hit herself repeatedly on the head. "I'm Nikiana. Nikiana Ledell." She almost chuckled at the sight of the comical act. "So... these... scroll children... what do they do?" The question was asked and Niki glanced down at the chimp girl in her arms before looking back at Nara, questioningly.

Nara hesitated. "Well... ummm....uh... I'm not sure. They were sealed away a long time ago, and have to be unsealed but..." Nara shrugged uneasily, not sure how to much to divulge. She was a nice woman but if nothing came of Reign being unsealed than the less known the better.
Suddenly she brightened and reached inside a pocket. A thin paper card with bent edges was pulled out. Handing the card to Nikiana, Nara smiled. "Here, you can contact us at the Royal Libarary if anything happens. We've really got to go. Bye!!" Nara waved hurridly before grabbing Mr. Mysterious and hurrying towards the street and parked car.

Niki blinked at Nara. She didn't know? Kinda odd... wierd... strange... Oh well. She took the proffered card, glancing at it. The Royal Library? She'd never heard of it. Must not have much for research books, then.
Reign waved goodbye, her hand held up and led through the motions by Niki, who watched the odd pair get to their car before turning back inside to face Alaqua.
