There should also be a special room, like a conference room, but with comfy chairs, so that people have a place to discuss things. Then people who were studying and reading would not be bother and the discussion could flow freely.

Meh.. sweatdrop Just have a couple in the morning. Heat one up and have it for brekkie-fast. ^___^
I've had another idea for the library:
There would obviously be a poster board, with the Reed and Creed decorated really prettyly. Is that a word? ninja Books would be attempted to be kept neat and tidy, but many people would be using them so this would be a near impossible task. sweatdrop
