i like this topic cause Manson's albums are all so unique and unlike every other album. therefore almost everyone can usually identify a favorite fairly easily (same works with Nine Inch Nails).
Portrait of an American Family: usually agreed upon as his worst album, mostly because of the corny tendencies that seem really kiddish. But casual manson fans sometimes perfer this album.
Smells Like Children: Not an EP, but still sometimes considered a fav my many due to the mainstream appeal of Manson's covers of Sweet Dreams.
Antichrist Superstar: Manson's heaviest album, with an almost punk-like vibe. This is the most commonly preferred album (along with Holy Wood) because Manson fans stereotypically like heavier music styles that range mostly in the punk genre. This album is the biggest reason Manson is often confused with the metal genre, because of songs like "1996" and "The Reflecting God". However the tunings for guitars, even in those songs, are of punk variations and distortion.
Repent And Remix: Another LP Very few even know of this album let alone prefer it. Those that do know this album most of the time agree it doesn't surpass the original album.
Mechanical Animals: This is the most techno/dance style album yet, save the first album. But without the childish and corny vibe of PoaAF, this one is often the fav by many mainstream Manson fans.
Holy Wood: This is his softest album yet, and his most commonly preferred album (as with Antichrist Superstar). This album really shows off Manson's true musically geniousity with variation that ranges from songs like "Burning Flag" to "Lamb of God" to "The Fight Song" and the to "The Nobodies". This album can easily be considered a work of art, and is considered so by most fans.
Golden Age of Grotesque: The darkest of the Manson albums, this one is usually only preferred by hardcore industrial fans.
Lest We Forget: This album is the easiest to call their favorite album due to the 'greatist hits' premise. And is usually considered the favorite album of casual/mainstream fans. However very few true Manson fans prefer this album.

I'm stuck between Lest We Forget and Anti-Christ SuperStar. If I had to choose only one it would be Anti-Christ.
Long live the Rev!

I'd have to say either Portrait of an American Family or Antichrist Superstar, though all of his albums are great.
