Thanks for that, but I don't think so;
As I just said, one of the basic tenets of Christianity is that all people are terrible sinners and deserve eternal suffering. Anyone who isn't saved gets that, and you can't know for sure that you're saved.
It's the fear that gets 'em goin', sir.
Well, one could argue knowing you're going to hell is better than not knowing what the hell's gonna happen.
Of course, knowing the Christian Hell, I would disagree. Never took a liking to the place.
But there's also the fact that anyone can be saved if they keep confessing and all that... although I'm not sure to what extent-- and don't want to know, really. Religious beliefs are funny but they're not my cup of tea.
