I wonder what kind of havoc Zod/Lex will have wreaked in the premiere. Don't forget, they usually allow some space of time to pass between the finale and the next premiere - isn't it about a summer to fit with actual time? That would be interesting to see, though of course too much could happen that the writers wouldn't want us to miss...
Lara never left behind a memory like Jor-El did, did she?

Actaullt they don't have time pass. Season two picked up with exactly where season one left off. Only Season 3 had time pass. Season 4 picked up not A lot of time after and season 5 started right after. So really only 3 and four

characters on Smallville rarely ever explain anything except for explanations and such they contribute to that episodes time frame or unanswered questions extending through out a pretense of several episodes.

I just hope they work the Zod/Lex idea well.
And for Clark, I wish he comes back thougher than ever, kicking evil kryptonian butt. And I wanna see lots and lots of Chloe, yeah.

I am definatly not going to be disappointed with the premiere i have yet to be disappointed by a premiere. My only issue with them is that i think that they are way too short.
