I see the eye part.But I think it was a common mistake made by cartoonist for 2-d.Or he had eye surgery.lol

His eyes...hmm...I always wondered if he was:
A-Looking go the side which made it look like his eyes had pupils.
B-Looking forward so that his eyes are actually white and he just felt like wearing a lot of eye liner...or...something.

That's what I don't understand!
I mean, he's a terrible smoker,
does tons of drugs. Probably
doesn't eat too well. Gets punched
numerous times. I think his
insides would be messed up.
