Leshya'e returned with a bucket full of feed and waited for Alexander to finish with his water before removing that bucket and replacing it with his food. "Rojiza, dear, are your arms alright?...Those buckets can be quite heavy when full of water."

Ro shakes her head. Her arms are fine.
Caroline returns with the feed sack and takes a small handful. She holds it out for Cornelius once he'd had his fill of the water. She smiles, feeling Cornelius' soft lips take the grain from her hand. "Go ahead, Ro, try it."

Anezka glanced at Caroline and then scooped up some feed into her hand. Alexander, already being good friends with the girl, trusted her and immediatly ate from her hand. Anezka giggled and got goose-bumps up and down her arm, "Oh Mum! It tickles!" She wiggled around, but Leshya'e held her arm still for her, "Don't drop the feed, we don't want it to go to waste...hehe...his lips do feel fun, don't they?" The mother and daughter laughed, Alexander joining in in his own sort of way.

Rojiza, rather skeptical at first, decides to try this hand-feeding when she sees Ani's reaction. She giggles aloud when she feels Cornelius' flat teeth just barely graze her hand.
"Ordinarily we put the feed into a trough like this one," says Caroline, nudging the object with a toe. "But sometimes it's fun just to feed them by hand."

Leshya'e nodded to Caroline's comment. Anezka smiled, then laughed some more, "Oh, feeding like this is much more fun! Isn't it, Ro?" She smiled at her friend and then offered up some more food to Alexander. "Caroline...do you think maybe we should save grooming the animals for another day? Or all together forget it?...I'm sure they both know quite well how to brush hair."

Caroline laughs. "Aye, I'm sure they do, what with such long, beautiful hair." She smiles now--Rojiza is oft found getting eternally frustrated at her hair for not cooperating. "Aye, let's call it a day. Fine work, lassies," she compliments with a smile.

Anezka smiled at her mother and Caroline, then moved some things around, sitting herself down on the stool infront of Alexander. "Today was fun...I learned a lot...Thanks Mum...and Miss Caroline." She scooped some feed into her lap, then rubbed Alexander's head as he ate from her dress. Leshya'e smiled and then bowed her head to Caroline as she headed back into Varekai.

"You're quite welcome, lass!" says Caroline, smiling.
Rojiza nods politely at Lesh before she'd gone away. Ro herself now heads into Mountain Air, following her mother.
