Its like your saying if someone stabs someone else...its the knife thats killing the victim...not the actual person. The knife did kill the person... your hand just happened to be holding it. So, your saying its just a coinsidence that Raito's writing down the names? no. I'm just saying that he didn't kill them by himself. He just helped. Just like a knife; you need to move the knife to kill somone, but it wasn't your hand that killed the person, it was the blade. Get my meaning? I get your meaning... There was no 'helping though' on Light's part. The Note helped him. Without Light the Note would just set there doing nothing.
So basically you're just making an inane argument to prove a point that is moot. XD yeah, basically.

Yes, it's murder. Without no doubt.
A Death Note let you think you have only to write a name in it. But that's not all. If you WANT to kill somebody then you KILL somebody. DN is maybe the force, but the will is the direction.
The book is evil, without no doubt. But it is also evil to want someone dead, isn't it?

WELL what i say is under light yagami's understanding ,He kills anybody who threats him,and also kill cmrinals,soooooooo if you were to piss him off not knowing how he gets then its probably light yagami's fault which means MURDER!buttttt if you knew him prtty wel and know how he gets then its like killling your self if you get him mad or do somehting to him to make him made which is not MURDER. If Light hadn't used the Death Note, all of the people he killed wouldn't have died. Whether his killings are justified is a whole other topic.
