Aw~ I already did a thread about Gaara's Fact. You can add some facts there if you like.
Gaara's favourite food is a type of bird that is barbequed on a stick with some sauce. It is a kind of delicacy in Japan. This is what it called sate in some places but only gizzard is using bird meat.
Salted tongue...Some of them said it was liver and some of them said it is a cow tongue. The translation must be wrong but I can ask my friend to translate that again but overall, Gaara has a weird diet. Living in the desert aka cowboy tongue, you will eat that kind of stuff (except Kankuro who loves burger)
Gaara's current height and weight is 141.2cm and 40.8 kg. He gain some weight and gain some height as well and if you notice, he is the second shortest genin in the series after Naruto and he is taller than him but a few cm.
the bird on a stick is called Yakitori. very good and SALTY.. so i'm guessing that gaara's foods are salty.. and the thing about the least favorite food is that it is sweet.... so he likes salty foods, but not sweets.. correct?
