Time moves fastest when I don't want it to, and slowest when I'm anticipating something. Being able to mix up these emotions inside myself (hype up one moment, for example) is basically chronokinesis, to me.

I said this in another thread, but...chronokinesis IS NOT possible. Time is a man made idea. Basically, time was created so that man did not have to say,"I'll meet you for lunch when the sun is over there." (points in sky)
Yes, "time" can feel like it slows down or speeds up in your perception. Just watch a boring movie and 1 minute lasts 10 minutes. Play videogames and 8 hours feels like 30 minutes. If you call that chronokinesis.
