DAMN. lol yea it actually weight next to nothing........ titanium and aluminum alloys dont weight jack. ever pick up a pop can...... now temper it and sharpen it........... just stay out of its way. You're right, when that metal is made it's not only powerful but it's weight is also more than half of what it should be. But now I'd like to know...how the hell he make a sword like that without the proper tools?

Clouds sword was orginaly Zack's but in order to preserve Zack's memory and live for them both he uses Zack's Sword.

yeah cloud uses the buster sword after zack gets killed and the tries to attack sephrioth and then gets beat up.....but then he kicks his a** by throwing him off the bridge thing in the reactor whle holding the mesamune

As for clouds sword/swords in Advent children he proly just bought it remember there are weapon shops around it isnt hard to get badass weapons or he might have just found it one or the other

There is no word on where the sword came from in AC. There isn't a back story on the sword or anything. But to dwell into fan fiction I would say that it was a custom sword by one of the weapon shop in the world. It fits into Cloud's bike, so the bike and the swords are a custom job. Could be from the team that made Cid's new airship.

The AC sword is the same as the one in FFVII, and somewhere along the line he learned why it was so dam heavy.........more than one sword combined. He acted without thinking when he was with Blake and took Zack's sword to defend himself, if I find it again, there's a game made to show exactly what happened.

I was going to pretend that the original question pretained to AC - as anyone who's EVER played FFVII the game should already know where the original Buster came from. But there are a lot of people who have just seen AC and decided they like FFVII and it's characters from that, so I was going to be leniant. ninja
