Ingredients: 100 gr.. of chocolate fondant.
Pastelera cream: 1/2 ls. of milk 40 gr.. of butter 4 egg yolks 50 gr.. of Maizena 200 gr.. of sugar 1 branch of cinnamon
Prescription: 1. Golden purls: To fuse the chocolate 1 minute in the m.or. and to paint with him rectangles of plastic it last, to coil them, to hold them with sticky tape and to keep them in the freezer.
2. Pastelera cream: To dissolve the Maizena in 6 spoonfuls of milk, to incorporate butter, the yolks, the sugar and the rest of milk. To mix well and to add the cinnamon in branch.
3. To introduce the mixture in the microwaves 5 minutes to the maximum, beating each 1/2 minute, to retire the cinnamon and to let cool. To fill up golden purls with the cream and to dust them with cinnamon.
