That's because the original series or two of american transformers used a lot of die cast parts. Later series (two or three on) were all plastic in america.

Man why did they havta go and ruin all the old good shows by remaking them and puttting them on fox, like sonic and Gi joe (which they took the aliens outta now which sucks hard core) and heman and x-men and probaly and megaman especailly they made him from a kick a** Super muscler 10 yearold to a little tiny sissy teen that sounds like hed been castrated...same with knuckles i miss the cow boy

And Gp but id be surprized if anyone knew what that meant

Wow i think i might have remembered it but i am not sure. I was born in 1984 what year were you born in Strideo?! you remember that show that had the two talking Koala bears and they were from a different planet and thats where the Australian girl dad was trapped at? i remember David the Gnome and smurfs and Popells and the orignal transformers too.

I was born in 1977. I don't know about the koala show, I remember a show from Hanna Barbara called Quickie Koala about a really fast koala though. xd
