Saiyan Master Vegeta Easily. People way weaker than Roshi have resisted it's pull. With greater speed and strength than those people, Roshi clearly escapes it's pull. And what makes you think that Miroku will even get the chance to use the wind tunnel when Roshi could use his speed to his advantage and knock him out from behind? i would like names of people who have resisted its pull without being grounded by same object (like inuyasha with he jamed his sword into the ground) and roshi would still win ve miroku in the end i think but miroku is still more of a pervert then roshi and it isnt like roshi can run faster then the blink of an eye

Actually, Roshi can run faster than the blink of an eye. At the 21st Budokai Tenkaichi, he was moving so fast that he wasn't visible anymore. The only person that could see him was Goku, and he could barely manage to do so. But as long as we agree that Roshi wins, then we don't need to debate this anymore.

Saiyan Master Vegeta Actually, Roshi can run faster than the blink of an eye. At the 21st Budokai Tenkaichi, he was moving so fast that he wasn't visible anymore. The only person that could see him was Goku, and he could barely manage to do so. But as long as we agree that Roshi wins, then we don't need to debate this anymore. but roshi doesnt win in being the most perverted
