"Your brother!?" Vexen almost choked on his water.
"Oh no... She actually DRAGGED me here because she was excited about seeing him."
The boy faceplanted.
"She barely shuts up about him."
NS nodded, jumping and hovering as she slowly began peeling off the bandage.
"Does this hurt?"

There was a comical moment of sillence.
"I... wait... What ?" No compredes, senior.
"So how to hell did your sister meet my brother, and why the hell is she going crazy over him ?"
He had a feeling he missed a chunk of story here.
"Axl's not that bad, really." Rydia chirped.
"Not really..." It was supposed to come off the next day anyway... hopefully his mother wouldn't murder him. "Just pull it off quickly when you get to the end."

Vexen shook is head.
"Wonderland. Then she starts talking about wanting to kill an ex friend of hers."
Vexenn sighed. "Her friend Double attacked her."
UNLIKE Axl, NS had warned her brothers, for Duo ad fought him, too.
NS nodded as she neared the end, pulling rapidly.
"There!"

And that information was JUST enough to send the gears in Ansem's head ticking.
This "friend" attacked her... Axl knows her... He interposed. It made sence. Way too much sence. However, he said nothing of that train of thought, instead filling the name to his memory.
"I see..." He said, looking genuinely concerned for once. "...She's way too young to have something like that happen to her."
And of course, it stung like ********. Axl had prepared himself mentally. But he still wound up locking his jaw in order not to wind up shouting a few words not suitable for small children.
"Yes, that's it." He smilled after the pain subsided, getting up again and putting a foot on the skateboard.
"The park not too far from here has a bit of a skatepark area... Ill't be better to go there."

"I wish I'd been thre. He stabbed my brother. Apparently, Duo clims he's a human-killer."
Vexen looked worried.
"I ran into him recently. I'd be careful going out. Don't go alone." Vexen sighed.
"OK!" NS smiled and hugged Axl a solid minute, before dropping to fly after him, folding the bandage to dispose of it, and giggled.
"This'll be fun!"

Ansem just nodded in sillence. He didn't like this one bit...
"And we can go eat pizza afterward !" Axl chirped, taking off at mach 3, or something close to it.
...Which did kick Ansem out of the thinking he was doing, seriously starteled him, and then... poof. It was the best explaination, really. Because he was well... gone.
And Rydia blinked. Once. Twice. A third time for emphasis.
"...What just happened here ?"

"PIZZA!" ZOOM! And Axl had a little lettuce-y tail at roughly similiar speeds flying after happily. Axl knew all the cOOL stuff to do.
Next to WoW of course.
Vexen jumped in suprise himself, throwing up an ice wall defensively before looking around.
"Ansem? ...Bugger!"

Blank stare.
"...Well, that would be the first time something like this happened." Rydia was so helpful.
Of course he did, after all.
And now he was zooming torward the park at high speed, doing stunts and visibely not in the least bit afraid of caving his face in.

"Oh dear. It may be best to look for him, then." Vexen got up and offered Rydia a hand up politely. "He might not be too happy if he's someplace unpleasant."
NS giggled, flying after Axl and occasionally darting to avoid a tree. Hopefully he'd be alright! Granted if he took a spill, she'd try to catch him.

Rydia didn't take to long to take the offered hand, looking around and trying to spot her brother. Thank god Vexen was there, because she didn't perticulary like being alone in Traverse...
Axl, still blissfully unaware of this, kept skating on, until he reached a wall that ran a bit of distance to this side, took some more speed, and then jumped, actually running on the wall for a moment before dropping back on his skateboard.

Vexen smiled a bit reassuringly.
"I'm sure we'll find Ansem. Where might he be though?" Vexen glanced towards the alley. Dark as it was, it was a decent place to check.
NS flew after Axl and giggled, watching his trick. His efforts to impress were definaitely working -- the girl was already wanting to learn to skate herself. On top of that, she thought it was just awesome how he kept up. She darted after, smiling broadly.

"I don't know..." Rydia sighed. "...He's never done that before. At all." She definitively looked worried.
Keeping up with a jetpack was a bit hard, but not much of it showed. It was a bit like a friendly race in his mind, and he had to at least keep up.
"...Well."
And there was an Ansem. AT LEAST.
...On the roof of a building, however. Well, that was odd.
Right now, his mind was too busy trying to find a way down, ratter than notice the fact he was taller, which was probably going to start a whole new wave of "what ?" at a later date.

"If only I had a bird's eye view..." Vexen scowled. "If Amielia hadn't run off like that... Ugh." The blonde continued looking carefully, eyes darting around analytically.
"This is not good.. Not good..."
NS giggled, dropping back a bit when she noticed her jet engines were getting a bit hot, then dropped a bit to run, powering them down for a cool down. LAST time they shut down was a lack of oxygen, and she didn't particularly care to crash again.

"I don't think thinking about that will us find him..." She said, almost at a whisper level, looking around as well.
She wished she was better at things like this.
Likewise, Axl seemed to slow down a bit, in order not to lose her behind, and finally, they where at the park, and Axl took over the halfpipe.
Yay.
As for our roof dweller, he was currently STILL wondering how the hell to get down from his perch. Jumping off was out of the question - heaven only knew how the two idiots did it without breaking off every bone in their body - and it didn't look like there was anything he could use to climb down.
He was a geek, for christ's shake ! Not an acrobat.
And then, he saw his saviors - in a form of a blonde and a green haired lady - down below, and seemed to have lost his legendary restrain for a second.
"VEXEN !!! RYDIA !!!! IM UP THERE !!! UPPP HEEEREEE !!!"
All the while failing comicly.

Ansem's yelling worked as Vexen blinked and looked up, both eyebrows going up in suprise.
"Ansem!?" Vexen turned to Rydia.
"We need to find a ladder."
The boy wasn't good enough with ice magic to do too much, after all.
NS giggled, climbing over to a spot to watch--a tree, and sat happily. Axl was good with skating. Not to mention, talented. She kicked a bit.
"GO AXL!"
