Bootleg Windex By now, just about every one knows that Death Note is being made into a movie. We's seen the trailers, heard the music, and seen the official site. But when the movies do come out-- how will the non-japanese speakers be able to watch?
What are the chances of these movies being subbed of fan subbed?
D': I really do hope there are some uber fans out there that will... Or I'll be sad. If the manga keeps selling like it is, some company will probably sub it for us smile . though that would be in like 5 years.... but an uber fan will most likely sub it before that biggrin

yeah, there are some pretty big losers out there who would sub it once it cam eout in japan(lol sorry nabeshin)
so I don't think we'd have to worry about that
but it would be so much better if it came out on DVD
even if everything on the cover is Korean, I would still buy it! (lol BR)

I dunno... I mean Prince of Tennis has a HUGE fanbase, but about 80% of the musicals for it aren't fansubbed, and only the first Dream Live is subbed... so ya never know....
but if all things go well Deathnote is looking awesome as all heck, so I think someone will pick it up. ^-^

I just really, really, really hope they don't change it into an american movie. Like the Ring, The Grudge, Dark Water. It'll just be creepy seeing someone like, Leonardo Dicaprio play Raito. *shivers*
