we were fishing with Punkie earlier and she caught a bunch of guppies. Not sure what to do with them though blaugh

SweetCreamCookie Well, if anybody wants to get good at fishing, start with a basic rod, F bait, and go to bassken lake. Pull the rod the opposite way the fish pulls and keep it between the red lines. It took me several days of yelling and cursing before fishing became easy at each location. It just takes a bit to get used to! ok, i decided a was going to give fishing a go, but i can't find anything that tells you what to do! how do you pull the rod? do you use your mouse or the arrow keys or what? this is a little irritating neutral

Yeah Cupcake, fishing is fun. Don't use anything but F bait for the first two times you fish every day, it acts like A bait. Then I think the next 3? B baits act like A bait. So don't waste your money. When I used to fish a lot I'd only use F bait and do it only 2 times a day.

i did give up after about quarter of an hour, got a bit frustrated with the rod just sneaking over the red line all the time, so because i quit i'll have to buy another bag of bait then?
is it wise to get a better rod when you're a beginner? i do only have the basic one at the moment.
oh and i must say, Cupcake looks very fetching in her waders lol

the strong fishing rod is easier to catch things with it's wide at the bottom. i used that for awhile. you might try it. and of course the upgraded ones have wider lines all around.

Im so hooked on fishing I almost have enough stripers to get the new eyes. I been exchanging fish instead of selling for I get so excited just over fishy eyes.

Bassken Lake or Port de Gambino? I'm almost always at Durem, so I don't know the other fish/items well. And good for you, exchange them for the new items and sell those for a much larger profit than the fish right now! 3nodding

but what i do is trade guppies for bass
bass for the stripers
I can only find 2 or 3 stripers a day so had to resort to exchanging fish to get more
as much as i fish if i traded for gold id be rich LOL but just trade enough to keep me in bait till i get the eyes rofl
