I won't use the word cheap to describe that habit...
I mean, its just bargining, forcing (in a civillised way) the seller to sell the product at what the buyer feels is an reasonable price.
Thats all.
My dad is brilliant at bargining at the market ^___^

my mom sometimes does that when we go shopping
she tries talking to me in all these prices and bargains im like... neutral
but where i live...a lot of asians are RICH...you should see how many asians have flat screen t.vs!

Yeah, my parents do that, especially my mom. Supposedly liek in Hong Kong, they always do that at the market many years ago, but nowadays there isn't that much of bargaining. My mom is really good at bargaining, I wonder if all Asians inherit this ability... lol.

I guess everyone does that. What would you prefer? Get something for a low price or pay the full price? The answer is obviously the first one.

Very much so. I know I always try to look for the cheaper costs of video games at the stores. There is no way I could ever want to waste my money buying something that is forty dollars, especially when I could get one for twenty.
