"Yes, that's definitely the way to do it!" Laughing in delight, Fia watched as Hiku and Lin Yao started to dance awkwardly yet enjoyably. Clapping her hands, she joined them. "What's a good song to sing? Something happy..."

Lauralie found herself wandernig again...away from the noise, away from the crowds, away from the stufffed childish faces begging people to buy them more cotton candy. Away from teh amusement park she traveled, her feet seemingly leading their own way down a beaten pathway.
She kicked stones out in front of her with her pale bare feet and grabbed the sides of her traditional elven robes, swinging them side to side.
One two three....one two three...one...two...three...Ahhhh...
Suddenly she was back in her ballroom, back a year ago with the georgeous 16-year old Prince Angelus, his arms securely around her tiny waist as she glided and twirled around the dance floor with him. Lovely elf couples danced in a swift yet graceful waltz around them, jewles glittering, roses between pearly teeth, and his eyes. Oh...his lovely blue eyes staring into her emerald ones.
Lauralie smiled to Angelus as she opened her eyes. Her arms were in a dancing position, her body moving and twirling to a waltz that wasn't playing, holding a partner that had been only a memory.
A lone tear ran down her cheek and she dropped her arms to her sides,continuing her walk down the path, her eyes cast down on the dusty road as thoughts of her dead lover flooded her eyes and mind.
THWACK! Her small head came into contact of a tree that has seemed to appear out of nowhere. She rubbed her forehead furriously, cursing in the ancient elven language as the throbbing pain on her head.
Melodies of simple, joyful songs floated to her long, pointed ears as she peered out from behind this mangificent oak tree. She was in a lovely clearing, not comparing to her home land, with a destroyed treehouse mangled in the top. There were two young ladies and a girl...dancing odly and singing without a care in the world. A smile crept up on her lips, but she supressed it with a frown and look of discovered wonder at these two.

Fia stopped and turned to look at the newcomer. It appeared to be a female elf, who were normally a fairly cheerful species, but this one seemed rather sad...she was frowning at them, too.
"Hello! Do you need something?" With an inquiring gaze, Fia sat down and stared gravely at the elven girl. To amuse herself, she conjured up a small ball of ice and tossed it back and forth in her hands...

Lauralie turned a bit pink at her being seen. The girl was watching her, tossing an ice ball back and fourth. What could she do...or say, at that.
"I..." She started, at a loss for words and straightened up to her full regal height. She stammered a bit. People never really talked to her...they were normally scared. "I was just walking...that's all."

"Oh, ok..." Melting the ice and returning it to waper vapor, Fia got up, dusted herself off, and ran back to sing and play once again...
She took one more look at the elven lady. "You sure you don't wish to play with us?"

Hiku turned to the two ladies. She was mortified by the newcomer. Itmediatle she stopped and was silent. Then looking at her, she said, "It would be fun if you join us."

Lauralie looked shocked at the two. Her voice stammered, still trying to look as poise as possible, "I-In my country, elven ladies of such young youth as 15 are not allowed t-to dance w-without proper m-male partners and authorazation."

"What in the world?!" She first start as thw two stranger began to be all giddy and enthousiastic. It was horribly scary and right now, Lin Yao was ready to run off or something. They were just really weird. How can they make friends so easily? Are they not afraid that one of them is a prey and might just kill them or something? Okay, so perhaps they didn't look that harmful but we cannot judge a book by its cover right?
She took a step away, however she was way too slow. One of the two girls grabbed her hand and around and around she went. Her eyes grew wider and she kept on spinning and spinning--almost endlessly. Her head began to spin, unable to even keep her self balance, her eyes began to twirl.
Unable to hold Hiku's hand anymore, she was ready to fall over or somet hing. Lucky there was a newcomer to distract the two of them--the two hyper girls. It gave her time to fall on the green grass and have the world stop turning around so much.
She silently grunted. No, she wasn't used to any of those chidish games, however it was somewhat...fun. Oh my god, she just found something fun! Ahem... yeah, as I was saying, she was trying to grasp some air into her lungs. When she was more stable and recovered from all the dizzyness, she sat up straight. She looked The new young elven and tilt her head. She blinked.
"Not allowed without a proper male partner and authorization? What ar e you going to do? Run home and ask your parents if it's okay for you to dance with us! Ha!" She said out loud, and then sneered, "Ridiculous. No one is here to watch you, so to tell with your parents," she snapped. She wasn't trying to be hostile with the young elven, but she never liked the fact that the young creature let herself being controled or manipulated by her parents. But then again, Lin Yao was just in her 'parents vs. child' phase.

Fia nodded, pretending to look as all-knowing and wise as possible. It didn't really work...
"WOW, your people must be pretty strict! Doesn't life get boring without some dancing?" With a dazed and confused look, she walked up to the elven girl and held out her hand.
"Come on, just dance! It's really fun!"

Lauralie's head snapped around and her eyes narrowed to horrifying slits and flashed with anger beyond comprehension. When she spoke, her voice sounded dangeous and dripped and oozed with malice and verbal vemon. "If someone asked you why you didn't run around shooting others like you did, would you do it?" She dissapeared in a ripple of energy and reappeared a few feet closer in another ripple. "Stupid rebellious child!" She yelled, walking closer and disspapearing every few seconds, only to appear closer.
"Never disrespect the royal, family, was what I was taught! And so apparently you were brought up by ignorant fools!"
She began moving faster and swifter, ignoring the other two girls.
"Idiotic and rediculous ignorance! Do you defy my parents and races and country's wishes, despite the scorn it would bring upon me and look at myself with a stupid human sneer?!"
The questions and insults kept flying, unstopped, untill she was at the ffront of the girl, her ivory hand firmly tensed around her neck.
"And why..." her voice lowered to a villanous whisper. "Do you pretend to be stronger than those who are obviously..." THe volume level rose again. "Smarter." She squeezed the girls neck. "More beautiful." Her thumb nail ran a scratch down the skin. "And more filled with obvious wisdom! and more strenghth! than you are!" And with that, she loosened her death grip, her hands resting gracefully at her sides as she glided around the girl, her vanity and obvious pride hurt and quickly regained.
Ignorance... she thought, as she headed back to the road which led her there. Is merely a weakness in everyone.

Lin Yao's eye twitched. How dare she rise her tone to her like that. Insolent brat! This was absolutely outrageous! Absurb! Indignifiying! Gross! Urggghh, this stupid creature is dead!
She prepared herself to even jump on that elven herself, bewilded and greatly offended. Who does that girl--if we can even call her girl, think she is eh? What a snobbish and too prideful for her own good little evil creature. She who has always thought that elves were harmless and a lot more patient... Well, now she has proof that we shouldn't always believe whatever is written in the books.
"Get your filthy hands off of be you inhuman creature," she snapped, struggling to pull herself free as the elven had grasp her neck. For a frail-lloking being, she sure does have a strong grip on her. Or maybe it's the anger that drove this elven mad. Gah, this whole wide world is mad for crying out loud!
She viciously bandhanded, without aim, so the violent and vicious newcomer would let go. However, she has already let go of the grip, thus the bandhand most like hit mid-air. She doubled over and tried to gasp some air back into lung. When she was able to breathe proprely again, when her heart stopped racing, she groanned.
"How dare you touch me you insolent and impulsive brat," she snapped. Lin Yao raised her finger out at the young lady, "Do not think yourself as the only aristocrate around here young lady for there are many people who come from wealthy family like yourself. And do not think of yourself so highly you vicious little creature. Your impulsivity has proven that not all elves are pretty and smart. Or perhaps you must be one of those outcast. And I may be rebellious but I have all the rights to be, and how are you going to stop me from doing so eh? Call out all the trees to leech me and burry me alive? Ha! Absurb!"
She placed her hands on her hips, trying to mock her any further and lash out snobbish and mocking laughter. But, luck was never on her side and she ended up sneezing. Well, Lin Yao may be not attractive right now. And I will have to admit, Lin Yao was far from being very pretty at the moment, with her wan figure, and those pair of purple-black pouch under her dark green eyes. She looked and is sick at the moment.
Even though she hated these kinds of too prideful people, she found that elven pretty amusing. Did you see how she tipped off like that? Priceless!

Hiku looked at the scene in confusion. Then she took a deep breath, and separated the two with much difficulty. Using her powers, she managed to hold them down. "Both of you need to relax. You, need to be nicer to her opinons, Lin Yao. Even if she is being rude beyond comparison. As for you, treating people horrible isn't going to help anyone like you in the least. I understand your costums, but when is it that being rude and attacking people is okay?" bursted Hiku with an unkown force.
