Alyssa grabbed hold of Keila's hand and squeezed it gently; reassuring her that everything would be okay. She wouldn't back out of this; she couldn't. Alyssa wouldn't dare leave keila to fend for herself when she was as terrified as she was. After Keila suggested they sat in the middle, Alyssa agreed with no objections. For once someone else could call the shots besides her; this was a damn good reason to. "don't worry Keila everything will be fine. I won't let anything happen to you." Alyssa was taking on the big sister role...again. She always seemed to do this when someone younger needed assistance; it was the human side of her.

Keila smiled and held Alyssa's hand, swinging it lightly. It was comforting to know that she was there for her. "Thanks." she was able to say, the knot in her throat loosening. Okay.. let's take a deep breath. Count some sheep. One, two, three, four, five.. No, you count sleep to go to sheep! she though haphazardly. Dammit, this is confusing!!! she hung her head and the bar swung open ahead of them. It was their turn. Keila gulped and took a step forward and into the car. She felt as though the bars would just suddenly close on her tightly, leave her there awkwardly and then take off at a superfast pace. She tried to rid her mind of this thought. Okay.. let's do this. she spoke towards Alyssa, flashing a weak smile as she sat. Once again, she felt small. The orange, rubbery material on the bar was lowered onto her rather tightly by the attendant who went down the rest of the coaster in this fashion. Uneasy, Keila shifted as much as she could. It was a little. It was enough. Rather childishly, she was still holding onto Alyssa's hand. A death grip now. All right... the black leather they were sitting on was shiny, as was the blue exterior of the car. The one behind them was green, the one behind that, orange, and then blue again, and so on. Silently, Keila was praying the thing would break down. But she couldn't look like a wimp in front of Alyssa. That would cause lots of jokes later, probably.

"No problem...just relax and have..what do you humans call it...fun?" Alyssa chuckled stupidly at her own stupidity, but she really didn't know what it was. Her mother never wanted her to have any of it. She had always wanted Alyssa to be a pure vampress. So, she tried to extract all the human emotions from Alyssa; unsuccessfully.
As the bars closed ontop of them both, Alyssa felt Keila's grip tighten on her hand. At first it made her wince slightly, but it didn't hurt as much as Alyssa though. She shifted as Keila did to get comfortable; her burgundy eyes focused on the first big slope. She gulped silently and took a deep breath, her stomach twisted into knots.

Keila laughed uncertainly. "Eheheh.. fun... yeah.. sure.." she was able croak. As they lurched forward up the hill, the constant clanking and then the sudden push up the hill and it's pattern slowly started to seem calming. Then they neared the top of the hill. Oh my god.. I swear... I'm going to pee my pants I'm so scared...Gyaaahhh...... maaaaan.... her teeth clattered and she suddenly screamed, feeling like she needed to get the emotion out. Some people stared, others chuckled; but Keila smiled, feeling better. Then they got to the top of the hill and started getting tugged down. Her eyes widened and instinctively, her other hand reached for the safety bar and she started to scream again in her childish, high voice as they plunged down the first hill and then into the dark underground.

Alyssa's long, colored hair flew into the hair as they plummeted down the track at a fast rate. Her eyes widened when she saw the drop and also began screaming; laughing at the same time. She was actually enjoying this drop which seemed like it would make her die. It wouldn't matter if she died...she's already part dead. "HOLY s**t!!!" Alyssa squealed, her arms flailing out above her; her attention no longer on Keila.

Rayna, Kylie, and Charlie walked through the amusement park, Rayna's and Kylie's arms linked together as Charlie's hands were stuffed in his pockets, chatting and laughing. Rayna was truly happy. She hadn't seen either Kylie or Charlie in a month, and she wasn't sure when she would see them again. Though she wasn't quite sure why they came, or if her mother allowed it, she felt it didn't matter. Maybe she would finally get the chance to tell Charlie how she really felt...
Rayna stopped dead in her tracks, causing Kylie and Charlie to also come to a halt. Kylie gave her a weird look as she stared up at something large in awe and excitement. "Miss Rayna, what are you lo-" she cut herself off as she too stared at the enormous thing in front of them. A rollercoaster. And not just any rollercoaster, either-- it was big, and it had many loops, twists, turns, etc. Kylie looked over to Rayna with wide eyes. "That?" she asked, a bit worried. Rayna nodded excitedly, walking towards it slowly. Kylie kept their linked arms firm, though, pulling her back a bit. "But...." she started, but Charlie put a hand out to stop her from finishing her sentence, also staring up at the rollercoaster. He looked down to Kylie, smirking. "You scared?" he challenged. Kylie nodded vigorously. "Very!" she said almost immediately.
Rayna pulled her arm away, beaming at Kylie and Charlie. "Come on, let's get on it!" she exclaimed, grabbing Kylie's wrist and running towards the line. Kylie tried to pull away, but Charlie only pushed her forward. Soon, they were in line for the coaster. Kylie looked up to it as a train passed, hearing the screams and biting her nails nervously. Rayna watched it and hopped up and down. "It looks so awesome!" she said excitedly. Charlie laughed. "You like roller coasters?" he asked, earning an eager nod from her. Rayna looked over to Kylie, who looked quite scared. She put her hands on her shoulders and looked at her straight in the eye. "Kylie, relax. We're not going to die." she told her. Kylie looked up at the track above them. "You don't know that." she said, shifting her weight on her other foot. Rayna sighed. "You can sit next to me, alright?" she told her. Kylie nodded.
Before long, they were submitted into the ride. Rayna ran in front of everyone else to the front of the train, making Kylie's face go white. Rayna laughed. "Kylie, we'll let Charlie sit in the front of the train this time. We're sitting in the second car." she explained. Kylie laughed nervously, getting inside of it. Rayna hopped in after her, shutting the car door with a slam. Charlie got in the first car, grinning. He looked back to the girls. "Don't worry. I'll protect you guys from harm." he joked. Rayna and Kylie laughed, but Kylie did a bit weakly. They fastened their seatbelts and pulled the bar down as instructed, holding it tightly. Kylie sucked in her breath as they started to go up. Rayna looked over, smiling. "It'll be ok, Kylie." she assured, getting a small nod in reply.
Screams filled the park as the coaster went down quickly. While Rayna and Charlie had their hands raised in the air, Kylie held onto the bar for dear life, screaming. Rayna yelped and cheered as they went in loops and ride upside-down. Kylie kept screaming even through the tunnel under the park. Rayna's eyes were wide as she beamed. She loved roller coasters. She loved going to the top and flying down to the bottom, making it seem you were going to crash on the bottom, but just manages to swerve and keep going through the track. She loved it when her hair flew when they twisted around corners and when the blood rushed to her head when the went through a loop. Roller coasters were her favorite thing in an entire amusement park.
Soon the ride was over. Kylie, Charlie, and Rayna walked out through the exit. Kylie's ponytail had much hair coming out of it. Rayna, though her hair was a mess, was beaming, as was Charlie. "That was amazing!" Razz cried out. Charlie nodded, high-fiving Rayna. Kylie stood there, shocked. "That was the most scariest thing I've done in my life!" she exclaimed, causing Charlie and Rayna to laugh, linking arms with her and walking away.

"Nice to meet you too, Makie Saiyuri. I'm Maximilian Marson, but you can call me Max."
Makie blushed, wondering how he could be so calm. Oh wait, that was just the brunette who was too shy, yet excited for the Amusement Park. She was never calm. Never. Nope. Not Makie. Couldn't ever be considered. There was a reason behind why she was so shy, as, she wasn't shy... Makie was just afraid of others. They talk, they whisper, they walk, they hurt, they can do anything. And, the girl was small, quiet, and easy to manipulate, I suppose she just devellopped the 'fear' through time.
That's when Makie suddenly snapped back to reality. A person, being careless and excited to ride the rides, bumped into her causing her to fall. Before she hit the ground, Misty reached down, grabbing her shirt, and pulling her back to her feet as if she were a small rabbit that she just caught. Makie shot another childish glance to her older friend, pouting her lip. "I could have caught myself, I didn't need you help..." Makie said, sticking up for herself. Misty merely rolled her sky blue eyes... Again... And then she looked away.
That was when Makie heard Max's voice again. She turned to face him only to blush, and let her gaze fall to the ground. Light breaths emerged from her glossy lips as she gulped down. She knew misty wouldn't help her now. Taking in slow breaths, she looked up, closing her milk chocolate eyes as she smiled softly. She wouldn't say no, that would be mean, and plus, she'd never say no, even if she didn't want to say yes. Relaxing her hands on her thighs she bowed slightly.
"It w-w-would be an... H-Honor." Makie said, removing the strands of hair from her face that obscured her vision. Then she scratched the back of her small head, once again placing an apologetic look on her face. "B-B-But... I don't k-know w-wh-which r-ride to go on..." She said in a smaller voice than it's normal small and fragile manner. "H-Have any ideas...?" Her chocolate eyes avoided eye contact, looking up at the clear blue sky. Misty, who had been listening this whole time, finally returned to the conversation.
"I don't care which stupid ride you go on! Just choose! I won't stand in line with you very long." Misty said, catching Makie's attention. "Besides, you can't go on all the rides without you-know-who." The midnight haired girl played with her long and loose braid, that rested on her right shoulder. She blocked out every single come back from Makie. Or rather, blocked out the image of the girl hiding her face with her hair as she blushed redder than a cherry. Then she realized Max was still there.
"S-S-S-Sorry about th-this." Makie apologized again, keeping her head hung.

Gordon entered the park looking at all the rides. " I will ride each one atleast twice..then eat..then three more times around!" Gordon said laughing loudly. It was hard to choose a ride. Rollercoasters, bumper cars, that ride that spins you so fast you get stuck to wall.
Gordon couldn't decide which one to go on. He started to think for a moment when his eyes caught a group of three people. Maybe there had been a carnivial here before and they knew what was good. he started walking to them when he suddenly noticed the smallest figure. Now Gordon wasen't a NBA player but she was almost as short as him. But she did seem famailar.
It struck Gordon...litierally. Someone had slipped and there ice cream had fell right on his head. He wiped off his head and knew who that girl was. She was Makie from that fight club thing they had going around. Gordon reached into his pocket and pulled out a small book and pen.
He walked up to the small group and bowed. " Hello my name is Gordon. Are you Makie from that Fight club they held a few days ago? Well this may soundf silly but you did really good in both rounds. Your an insperation to all us short people! May i have your autograph please?" he asked as polite as he could. He didnt want to seem like so over-zealous fan.

As Makie waited for a reply from Max, she looked over at Misty. The silence between them made Makie feel guilty. Prehaps she had hurt her friend's feelings? That would be bad. She hated making people feel bad. In a few moments, the brunette's small pale hand reached out to tug on Misty's sleeves. The first few times, the older woman paid no heed to the girl, after that, she gave out a sigh of annoyence and turned to the girl.
Bending down Misty placed a hand on her head, and looked at her. The silence continued, as they both found something to say. That's when Makie began to open her small mouth. She felt rather stupid apologizing the one billionth time this day, but she felt she was doing soo many things wrong. "S-Sorry Misty..." Makie began before the midnight haired girl cut her off.
"You didn't do anything wrong. You just need to lighten up--" Misty was then cut off by Makie, who actually never cut off any one. Not in the longgg time that Misty had known her.
"B-B-But if I need to l-lighten u-up, I did d-do something wr-wrong!" Makie exclaimed with a worried tone. Doing things wrong was another fear of Makie's that intertwined with her fear of people. The brunette stared at her older friend, before Misty lightly bumped her friend on the head. "Owww! M-M-Misty! T-That hurt..." The small girl exclaimed, rubbing her head.
"Makie... Just. Have. Fun." Misty said simply, standing back up, her hands resting lifelessly at her side. The small, ironically, teen raced to fix her hair, making sure there were no stray hairs or no hairs or clumps out of place. When she was sure her hair was perfect, she relaxed, causing Misty to chuckle. "Making sure you look your best for him, huh?" Misty said, causing Makie to open her mouth and raise a small pale finger. Before she could say anything though, the girl was inturrupted by some one else. She turned her head slightly, blushing instantly. More guys!
"Hello my name is Gordon. Are you Makie from that Fight club they held a few days ago? Well this may soundf silly but you did really good in both rounds. Your an insperation to all us short people! May i have your autograph please?"
Makie stood speechless for a moment, blushing harder. An autograph! The girl childishly hid her face with her hands for a few moments. Trying to take in the situation. Waiting for her friends. Hanging out with a guy she had just met. A guy asking for her autograph. Any more people and she'd probably faint in embarassment. Really. It's happened before. Not at Ria, but it has happened before. And she was normally laughed at, and she'd spend the next few days in her room.
"A-A-A-Are you s-sure? I-I-I-I'm not t-that good!" Makie stuttered out, trying to calm herself down, and soften the redish color from her face. "D-D-Don't you w-want Joy's a-a-autograph? Ohhh..." She bit her lower lip, as Misty 'casually' placed her hand on the brunette's shoulder to keep her from fainting or falling over or something.
"P-P-Prehaps, m-m-maybe C-Ceron's a-autograph, o-o-or D-Dante's... I-I-I hurt L-Lukan, s-so... I-I don't think I-I'm a-an inspiration..." Her chocolate eyes screamed out embarassment, as she bit her tougne to stop herself from embrassing herself any further. She couldn't sign an autograph! That would be cocky of her wouldn't it? Besides, she hasn't really practiced cursive writing in a while. She was so confused! She was so embarassed! God, please help her!
( Sorry, but I must go to sakting. See you! )

Keila started to laugh as she heard Alyssa's outburst. They weren't the only ones screaming, that was one steep hill they were still decling on. Suddenly, they went off to the side and in a pair of underground corkscrews and then shot up, turned on the side. As they went up in helixes, she noticed that Alyssa's hands were up and the air and she figured, what the hell? and put her own up in the air, too, smiling. "That scared the life out of me!" she exclaimed as they neared the top of the helix. From there, there was another decline and turn and then up... and her eyes widened as she felt her stomach drop. "Omigod.. a loop? THERE'S A FRIGGIN LOOP ON THIS THING?!" she asked, suddenly petrified again. But they had already started their less steep, but equally as fast descent and they turned, heading into the vertical loop.

"It w-w-would be an... H-Honor."
Such an odd thing to say. He wasn't well known... she must have been at a loss for words. He had heard about her in the tournament, her amazing style of fighting. An original style. Using gymnastics ribbons and other gymnastics objects... a ball, a hoop and some pins, to defeat her first opponent. Many people were cheering for her. Then one of the other students... he called himself Gordon, walked up to Makie and asked for her autograph! Makie seemed embarassed by the entire ordeal, but Max was proud of her, and slightly envious. Of course, he wasn't very good at anything yet, he needed classes first. Then he would get good enough to fight in the next round.
Then he remembered her earlier comment, before Gordon asked for her autograph.
"B-B-But... I don't k-know w-wh-which r-ride to go on..."
Which ride to go on? Hm... He couldn't remember all the rides in the park. The most prominent was the Roller Coaster, which he could hear screams coming from right now. He chuckled silently to himself after hearing the screams, as one of them came from before they even dropped. or even started the ascent to the top. There were also two Ferris Wheel's. One supposedly had a story about it... that if you announced your love at the top, you would be in love forever. He would stay away from that... at least untill he got someone who he actually loved. He laughed and figured the Merry-go-Round would be a good starter. Good to get ready for bigger rides or more thrilling rides. "How about the Merry-go-Round?" he asked.
He waited for Misty's approval. She seemed to be the one to make most of the tough decisions.
"Besides, you can't go on all the rides without you-know-who."
He wondered who you-know-who was... probably someone she liked or even Misty herself. He just waited for a reply. It was the morning, and the day would be fun... he hoped.

" I could ask for them..but they didn't impress me as much as you did. Your hold alot of power in that body. Maybe you should train more with your trainer right there." he said pointing to MIsty mistaking her for Makie's trainer because of how she looked.
" Hey you where able to hold out pretty long against that dark magic. With a little practice you can do much better. Then next year we can have a little one on one of our own. That'd be one of my best fights." he said still smiling trying to boost her moral. And all of what he said was true to. He did believe Makie did have some power inside that could make stronger.

Alyssa let her head smack the back of her seat with a soft thump; the cushions fixing to fit the shape of her head. As the moved up the loop with impressive speed, Alyssa felt her cheeks pull backward. It was hard for her to scream due to the amazing g-forces she was experiencing at the point. Her head felt like it had gained 100 pounds in a matter of seconds, but relinquished just as rapidly as the descended from the loop. Alyssa took a breath of relief as they slowed; as if the ride were finishing. Wait...there was no ending to the track...
Another loud scream erupted from Alyssa's lips as they plummeted once again; a short yet startling drop. A series of small drops and corkscrews followed soon after; leaving Alyssa's stomach in knots.

Makie, glanced back to Max, who looked a bit confused at the word 'honor'. Prehaps she had sounded un-excited, or too inferior. Prehaps she had made her new friend un-comfortable. She wouldn't want that, she wanted all her friends, and would hate to lose them as friends. Makie wants to keep all of her friends, since all of them were important to her, even the new ones. She said it would be an honor, since she's never had many friendsd, so it would be an honor to go out and hang with some one else.
Then her gaze drifted back to Gordon, blushing even more. She didn't find herself to be an inspiration for any one. She felt terrible for harming both Dante and Lukan. She felt miserable for, accidently, destroying Lukan's right arm, and making Dante see something, what looked to be like, a touching memory from his past, and then she destroyed it along with impaling him with ice spikes. She felt so bad. Makie regret everything she done, so the girl found herself to be anything BUT an inspiration. Then again, it would be hard to take a compliment such as that. It made her feel flustered, and feel embarassed, as she's never been treated with such attention before. But when Gordon mistook Misty as her trainer, she let out the smallest giggle, and Misty just shook her head, rolling her deep blue eyes.
But then Makie felt as if she was just hit in the stomach. Recalling the fight with Dante, she'd never been so scared in her life. Darkness, blood, people out to kill you. It was her worst nightmare come true! And her grandma... half her would never forgive Dante, but the other half felt it was only an accident and that she should have been more cautious in battle. Everything was her fault. Everything. That's just her, though. Misty felt proud of her, but she'd never show it. The older woman was very proud of Makie, and felt she had improved. Well, she's only seen her practice her arts when they were little before they went to different schools and began to lead different lives.
"Then next year we can have a little one on one of our own. That'd be one of my best fights."
Makie shook her head reluctantly. She hated fighting. People get hurt, people die, people are scarred for life, and others are emotionally shocked from losing or nearly losing some one close to them. Fighting was so irrational too. People fight when you didn't even have to fight at all, and others take fighting to seriously, practicing every day, and when it comes time to fight, tehy'd fight to the death. Makie felt that you should only fight when nessacery, and that fighting should really never be nessacery. It was pointless in her mind. The only reason why she signed up for the Star Torunament was to prove herself to Misty, and that's what kept her going. If she didn't have a reason, she'd never hurt any one.
"I-I-I don't th-think I-I'm t-that s-strong... A-And... I-I-I don't l-like to fight. P-People get h-hurt e-emotionally and p-physically. I-I-I had a-a goal set, t-that's w-why I-I signed up. I-I would n-never fight otherwise." Makie said, in a fragile voice. It was almost as if you could touch it, it woud break into one million little pieces that would be impossible to piece together.
"How about the Merry-go-Round?"
Makie smiled and clapped her hands happily. She loved Merry-Go-Rounds, even if they were 'childish' and 'pointless'. I mean, come on! You get to ride horses and wave at the people watching. And sometimes, if the person working the ride is watching, you could run around, getting on different horses as it rotated. Such fun. Of course, Makie's never done it before, but she always liked to try. Fixing a bit of her brown bangs, she nodded, still a bit red, and still blushing.
"S-Sure! T-That s-s-sounds l-like fun!" Makie said, hints of excitement and joy in her voice. "W-Would G-Gordon l-l-like to join u-us?" She asked, tilting her head slightly to the side, her chocolate eyes looking innocently up at Gordon. Even though she felt embarassed, and very uncomfortable being with two guys, the more the merrier! Besides, Misty was there, it would be fine if her bestest friend was there.
"W-We're going t-to h-have soo much f-fun!" Makie exclaimed, throwing her hands up happily in the air. Then without notice, she smiled, turning on her heels and dashing towards the Merry-Go-Round, not waiting for an answer. "L-L_Last one t-ther is a rotten e-egg!" She called out in the faintest, still running.

Followed at a distance by Terry and Tekishe, Hikaru came dashing onto the scene faster than anyone had any right to be running, even for a carnival. As she ran, she looked around left and right at all the rides, marveling at everything as she headed straight for the line for the rollercoaster. Of course, as usual, she couldn't quite slow down her momentum enough in time to make a safe stop.
"Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Move it, move it, move it! Outta the way!" she yelled at the crowd standing in front of the ride.
The crowd parted quickly for the screaming kamikaze headed toward them at breakneck speed, revealing a metal safety rail behind them that formed part of the line for the ride. Hikaru screamed, ducking down low as she ran, and threw her arms out in front of her. There was the loud sound of flesh slapping against metal. She winced in pain, but managed to hold on tight as her continued momentum sent her spinning around the metal bar like a gymnast on crack.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" she screamed as she spun, finally spinning to a halt about half a minute later. Letting go of the bar, she fell the short distance to the ground, letting out a deep breath and placing a hand on her chest.
"Whew... that sure was a close one, huh?"
She stood up, dusted herself off, and smiled.
