wink I actually had no idea about the "friends over 18" rule. Are you sure that's not a rumor?? It doesn't affect me, though, so mrgh.
xp But if you heard it on the news, it's likely at least somewhat true. I just don't know how effective that's going to be. I mean, 36-year-old JimBob could just as easily IM 13-year-old Barbie and ask for her real name or e-mail addy. There are probably tons of ways around it.
