Alex sat in her room in her parents house looking out the window. She had her own apartment, but a few pipes broke and the place flooded. The pipes would take two weeks to fix and until then she was stuck at home taking orders from her no-good parents.
"Alexandera!! Get down here this instant!" Her mother yelled from the kitchen. Alex got up from her desk slowly and headed down the stairs.
"What?!"
"We're outta milk." Her mother said annoyed.
"So?"
"So go out and buy some!!" She said shoving five dollars into her daughter's hand.
"It's midnight! What sane person goes out for milk at midnight?!" Alex shouted throwing her hands in the air.
"One who ran out! Now hurry up and go!"
"Fine..." Alex mummbled. She grabbed her jacket and started towards the door. "But if I don't come back, it means I was murdered and it was all your fault!"
Her mother laughed. "Like I'd even miss you!"
Alex rolled her eyes and slammed the door.
"Stupid pipe...I wish you hadn't busted!" She thought.

Bio: Lives in a small one-room apartment with his laptop and a couch that has a pull-out matress. Is writing a book but works at the convience store every couple of nights to make some money

[[erm... since everyone else just sorta posted i guess i will too]]
Peder sat behind the counter of the convience store reading an old Batman comic book and sipping a delicous cherry brainfreezie. He glanced over at the clock. 12:03, the red blinking numbers flashed in the dim light. At 12:15 he was out. Frank would come in and take over his shift and he could just go home and go to sleep. He yawned and layed his head down on the counter. Who would go to a store at midnight anyway? Maybe he should have thought this job thing out better... He yawned agian and closed his eyes just for a few seconds.......
