Zhin Cu, now started on his push ups, "One... two...three," he continued untill twenty, then he started to do mountain climers,to twenty. He did a vast assortment of exercises, ranging from crunches to jumping jacks, to updowns. Whether for strength speed or endurance, he did the exercise. After his exercises he sat down quietly as he drank some water to quench his thirst.

After repeating the previous exercise several times he took a small breather. The once he regained his breath he got into his stance once more, he then began to stomp on the ground sending out shockwaves in the shape of a cone. He started to do it with quicked pace and with extreme efficentsy, but the shock wave never passed seven feet, that was his limit with it. Every time he would try to supass it it would onl either make it or go a few inchess pased but never anything more signifigant.

Jonah had come to the great city of Omashu, hearing of its great mail delivery system. It was much larger than Jonah had thought it would be, and from the looks of things, much livelier. The wall itself looked impressive, and the city itself seemed no less remarkable.

After telling the guards his business in Omashu, the great walls had opened up to him and he attained free passage inside. Then he saw what he had come to see. There were many slides with boxes flying down them at incredible speeds, something Jonah thought to be the gravity-based mail system. It was truly impressive.

As the city itself was made of stone, Jonah wouldn't have a problem earth bending here. He followed a few street signs, making his way through the market place to one of the earth bending dojos. It was certainly impressive, and quite spacious; a place Jonah could get used to really fast.

Jonah turned to face the one who had addressed him, seeing he was moderately polite.

"I just came to loosen up my earth bending, I've been walking around for quite a while. I'm Jonah."

Jonah looked around to observe all of the janitors, cleaning up the dojo with earth bending. It would just get messed up later, but then again that was what they were paid to fix.

"A spar maybe? I've been rather dated on my battling skill, even though I have improved..." Jonah dropped his leather sack, one resembling an arrow quiver, into a stone box and earth bended it next to the wall of the dojo, knowing he won't need it for the moment.

Jonah moved himself to the other side of the dojo with an earthbending technique, raising a pillar underneath himself to boost a jumping technique. His armored boots shallowly cratered the stone floor underneath him, but Jonah stood firm in a wide stance.

"Your move..." Jonah waited, wondering what kind of counter he would use against this bender. He did not know how good this bender was, but he would be able to tell shortly.

Jin slammed his foot down, bringing up a column of stone to block the boulder. The result was just what he expected; the boulder crumbling into pebbles as it made contact with Jonah's defense. Then Jonah's counter was ready. He jumped foreward to kick the rectangular column along the earth towards Zhin, a standard move that had its advantages. Jonah kicked off the column to land in his original position, then earth bended the demolished boulder into a stalagmite-like rock spike, one that was kicked in succession of the column in motion.

As she ran threw the large city making a usall delivery. Thou, she was making this dilvery by foot it was odd mainly because they already had a great dilvery system. But what she dilvered was too important to be dilvered by the usuall and popular way. This was a mail dilvery not to be taken lightly, you had to be fast and trust worthy in this job. She came to the address of a dojo of the man named Zhin Cu. Her ears perked to the sound of moving rock, 'hmmm someone is earth bending'. She walked around to find her way following the sound. As she approached reaching the battle or sparing of the two men. Her eyes widen, she never actually had seen a earth battle or spar. Dust flew her way causing her to cough and wave her hand in front of her face like a fan. When she opened her eyes a piece of rock flew her way making contact with her forehead. She lost her balance and fell to the ground holding her forehead as she grit her teeth at the pulsing pain on her forehead.
