You make a very good point I actually haven't thought about that anymore (I have too much time on my hands right now lol ) She would be a good healing ninja but I prefer her to be a really strong ninja. sweatdrop

Methinks that there is a distinct possibility that she might become a medic nin, but then again, Sakura's got a big advantage. 3nodding

Hinata hasn't had any medical training. So, how could she heal? Her byakugan may give her the advantge to see bones and such but it won't do much is she can't heal. But, if Sakura and Hinata were teamed up than they would make a good medical team. Hinata would be the x-ray while Sakura heals the injury and such. Still, Hinata doesn't have any knowledge in medical things.

Hinata_Huuyga#1 Hinata can do almost anything better than sakura can!! Wrong. The characters are good in different aspects and styles of how to fight as a shinobi. Hinata uses a bloodline which she gets from her clan and Sakura trains with Tsunade about being a medic-nin.
You can't compare the two because they are entirely different in personality and their way of the ninja. And to the topic, no Hinata would not be a better healer because Sakura has better control over her chakra, however if she really wanted to she could have the potential to be able to heal, only if she decides to train about the specific area.

Just because Hinata would be better at locating and idetifying injuries doesn't mean she could better heal them. She's had no training, though I imagine she'd take to it well enough. Not as well or as quickly as Sakura, but well enough. As far as skill goes, Neji might be a better choice in the matter.
Then, like someone else mentioned, there's a matter of desire. Hinata certainly has the demeanor of a healer and I can see an easy, patient bedside manner with her. Adding in that she's naturally not a confrontationalist, working as a medic seems like a great line for her. However, the reason she fought against Neji and strived to be like Naruto is to try to change herself. Thusly, she might see falling back on a less offensive duty as giving up on this goal.
If she was into the idea, though, sure. Medics are important and apparently difficult to train. I don't see why more Hyuuga don't get roped into it

Yup. I definantly agree. I mean no offense to Sakura or anything, but she'd be better off healing Sasuke's wounds better. You know what I mean. TYop me Hinata seems to be more humble, and truly caring.... idk though... it's just my opinion.....

Actually, Hinata has a double whammy over Sakura. Hinata would need better chakra control to execute jyuken, wouldn't she? Plus, she has the byakugan
