ACTUALLY~ funny that you should ask XD
It seems very strange, but the odds are much better than 1/365 when considering a group such as this. You may have heard this somewhere before, but the odds are actually pretty high.
In a group of 23 people, the odds are over 50% that two of those people will share a birthday.
In a group of 30, the chances are 71%!
I wonder how many regulars we have here.

Xumbra Mikusagi 10th of April was my Birthday so when we invited everybody we served egg, fish and other easter-foods. So it was like Birthdayparty+Easterparty.
