I play whatever strikes me at the moment, though lately that tends to be what I guess you could call "electric folk". Finger picking and that kinda s**t. I'm hoping to be able to bring that Micheal Hedges sort of thing to my music in that regard.

I usually play whatever I can on the bass, or I make my own stuff up which is usually playing loud and any strings I feel the need too. But thats just me.
