probalbly the best way to tell if someone should join the guild or not is to send them a rejecton pm and see what they do

[That's an interesting idea. Unfortunately, most people would be like, "Oh, well," and go about their lives. Then what happens?? I send them another PM telling them I accepted them into the guild and the rejection PM was just a "test"? I garauntee you that will create a bad reputation for the guild. xp ]
