About Maisha
Status: Presumably in Gym, otherwise in the surrounding area.
Name: Maisha Nyimak (NYEE-mahk)
Age: 19
Hometown: (Undecided)
Background: Maisha's father lived on the edges of the forest, and made a living through his wooden sculptures, which he usually sent to one of the bigger cities to be sold. Maisha was usually left to her own devices, and so spent most of her childhood running around and exploring the forest. However, after a nasty encounter with a beedrill hive, her father obtained a treecko for her, to keep her safe from other wild pokemon. Treecko's calm nature made a good match for her, and kept her out of serious harm. Maisha left home at 14, to try and become a pokemon trainer. She travelled many of the cities until, at 16, she discovered Tangle City, where she decided to remain and create the gym.

About The Team
(No pokemon are actually in use for gym battles until they reach the correct level for the gym.)
Swift (Treecko)
Level: 8
Attacks: Pound, Leer, Absorb
Temperament: Calm and cool, but with a passion for climbing.
Backstory: Maisha isn't entirely sure where Swift first came from, but he was a present from her father. Although at first Maisha disliked him following her around, she learnt to get along with him. Without Swift, she never would have become a trainer.
Three (Ivysaur)
Level: 7
Attacks: Tackle, Growl, Leech Seed
Temperament: Calm and cool, but with a passion for climbing.
