His eyes widen. "Unless it's um....................definately not good." he said as he looked down. "Why can I not get rid of my past." he said as he closed his eyes.

Brook looked at Austin, wondering if he knew what Dan was talking about. "What do you know, that I don't?" She asked, Dan skeptically.

"Izziah." he said. "That is the witch's name and his sister Izzabell is after me." he replied as he looked down. "They must be here to avenge their brother's death." he said as he kept his head down.

"Honestly, I don't think a witch would be strong enough. It'd have to be an empath, close to full, I'd suspect, half demon." Brook told him as she looked at the ground. She didn't know about this.

"They could possibly half-witches." he said as he looked up at her. He hoped it wasn't them but he had a strong feeling that it was them. "All I know is that Izzabell had Empath powers." he replied.

"Ok, but then why wouldn't they've tried to attack you when you were together. And why hasn't there been an attack since Jen's death. If they wanted to avenge their brother, they'd want to kill you, not my sister." Brook reasoned.

"What better way to get into someone's head then to kill the person that I love?" he asked as he looked at her. "It seems to me that Jen was just a pawn in their little game to get revenge on me." he said. Just then Izzabell came into the cafe and looked at Dan and Brook.
"I thought you said you killed Jen." she said to Izziah as she looked at the two of them and Austin.
"I did, but the resemblence is uncanny." he replied as he looked at Brook. "Do you think Dan is powerful enough to ressurect her?" He asked.
"No. He's strong but he's not that strong." she said.
Dan looked over at the door and he quickly averted his eyes. "Brook we have company." he said as he motioned towards the door where Izziah and Izzabell were.

Brook nodded and acted as though she was fliriting. "OK, I'm going to do something I wouldn't normally do. It means nothing. Got it?" She asked Dan, softly checking over her shoulder waiting for him to answer.

"what are you going to do?" he asked as he realized what she was going to do. "It means nothing go." he said as he gave her a re-assuring smile. "just come back to me." he replied.

She leaned in and kissed him passionately and slowly. She wrapped her arms around his neck and continued the kiss, and then finall after what seemed like minutes she pulled away. "I've got to go." She said, holding his hand and walking away, letting go of his hand only once she couldn't reach him without making him walk with her. She smirked slightly and walked around the corner, waiting for a reaction and turned invisible.

He sighed as he left the cafe. He sighed because he knew it meant nothing and that was killing him inside. Izzabell and Izziah left the cafe and was hunting Dan. He knew it 'Don't stop me Brook.' he thought to himself. If they were going to kill him also he'd kill them too.

Brook grabbed Izziah and Izzabella from behind and orbed out with them. She then turned visible. "Shadow gave you your orders, didn't he?!" She said, now that they were in a back alley way. She wasn't scared of either of them.
