I agree with that. The One Winged Angel song is good either way, I prefer the AC version more though, of course.
Hrm...
I know this is not even the same music type, but Akira Yamaoka makes some GREAT music on the Silent Hill 4 Soundtrack!

Akira is great. I don't know if I've heard any of his stuff from SH. But I have a few DDR songs by him. hehe.

Nobuo is the best composer, I think.
FF VII and IX are my favorites.
