ah, this place reminds me of the times when I would go to my grandma's hospital (where she worked many many years ago) and fed the ducks at the duck pond...
...althought this duck pond is much bigger with many more and various ducks.

Well, the duck pond is basically a training ground for feeding birds and avoiding mass Ducky ownage.
