I use that same tactic, but on other guys.
The other day, I was chasing Elie around, and I had just of introducing myself to some girl in my casual manner: "Hello, I'm crazy, I don't know you."
Well, chasing ensued, then eventually said something about me being gay, and the girl I had just introduced myself to was like, "He's gay?! Oh my god!"
Then, she ran away, and I laughed.
