Darken_mortal There true goths, i dont see why people would think their posers... They aren't goths, but they aren't posers either. They're a symphonic metal band, and they know that. They know they aren't goth-rock artists. Therefore, they aren't posers.

Zarl The people in the band can be posers but Cradle of flith isn't gothic music. its more metal. metal? You've got to be kidding me. It's hardcore metal talk2hand

some albums of theirs are symphonic blackmetal. Nymphetamine is more "raw" black metal. yea, not goth, but the ppl are goth. i like them a lot though, they are cool

To end the semantic arguement, you can't be a poseur unless you claim to be something, and members of what you claim to be a part say your not. Of course each definition is open to speculation, and thus they could and could not.

Dani Filth all the time. Anyway,they're more Goth Metal than Black Metal. Just read their lyrics.

Does it really matter if they are goth or not? if you like them, you like them if you dont, you dont...you shouldn't like or dislike a band or artist due to societies labels.. stare
