I'm just glad they ditched they idea that was going to suirround Nicolas Cage as Superman. I dinnae recall the details, but from what I'd heard at the time, they were horrible.
On a related note, who's waiting fior Batman Begins? And who thinks Christian Bale can play Bruce properly?

It gets worse than that. The bits I DO remember involved the fact that there'd nbbe no costume (say what you like about it. Pwersonally, I don't think it's the same without the red, blue and yellow). Also, Krypton was sup[posedly not destroyed. Kal was just sent away because of some prophecy(?) Could be wrong on that. But the rumoured story was horrible.

Original_Sin I read a rumor somewhere (I think kryptonsite.com) that a "T. Welling" is playing the character "C. Kent" in the upcoming Batman Begins movie. Take that rumor for what it's worth blaugh The human relations spokesperson for the movie said that rumor was just a bunch of Tom Welling fans wishing on a star ^^ LOL xd

I am SO looking forward to seeing Christian (fine as hell) Bale portray Batman. I just afraid to get my hopes up about the movie itself, due to that whole Catwoman incident. *shudders but takes comfort in the fact that she got to see Halle Berry get the hell knocked out of her last night in the novel based movie Their Eyes Were Watching God* xd
