Guys this guild's original haunting threads were one of my first homes. I've seen this guild go in and out of its popularity, its lasted a very long time. Now I think the problem is, we have all these old threads, we have had success with some these before but... there's no more appeal
any person who liked this place, has probably already come and gone. if you looked at the amount of members this place had at its peak, we've had so many people in here, that it seemed 1/3 gaians heard of this place. I don't want this place to die, but I think XTI needs to be "deleted." Not the guild really, but rather all these old topics, and sub-forums. memorials can be left up in a sub-forum just for memorials, otherwise, the true memories stay with a person, not with the thread.

A good clean out and start over might do her some good. perhaps if we combine more interests that we have in other things. Persenting it as a brand new guild.

That's really what I think we should do, and remember treat this guild perhaps as if it was never popular, as it starting out in the big bad world of gaiaonline, and its barely getting by. From that point you fully heartedly commit to this guild as if, it's a totally brand new guild, filled with the potential to not only unite friends, but people of common interests. The name of XI-tech industries doesn't say enough about the guild and what its about.

Okay we'll keep the big threads like the lotus and miltia, R&D and some others that have been quite popular those are really what we have to build upon. We just have to make it more easy for new members to join, also I really don't like the fact that we have so many gaians in here. Maybe if they were to join later when we were more established they would have looked around more. So do be careful if you decide to invite people, at least wait until we are more presentable.
